Experiencia negativa: Unfortunately I had a very negative experience with southside flowers. I was asking for a delivery of flowers to my mom for her retirement, and simply asked if they could notify me when they were dropped off. Instead, they were dropped off at the wrong address (when the right one was on the delivery order), and they contacted my mom instead of me, when they were suppose to be a surprise. Not to mention, extremely overpriced for the flowers you receive. Will not be ordering from them again.

Not a single hello, or even a mere look in our direction, (store is quite small). Only got a “thanks for stopping in” from the associate who again didn’t bother to turn around from her work.

I walked into the store the day before my wedding needing flower girl petals, corsages for the mothers, and a boutonniere (VERY LAST MINUTE!!). The ladies were calm and inviting and took very good care of me even though they had four other weddings they were working on. They had my order ready the same day and I was so grateful. They took full creative freedom on the pieces with just me telling them my colors and they absolutely nailed it. I would absolutely return to this flower shop for all of my flower needs!!!

I wasn’t sure what I wanted and the workers were able to guide me in making my choice. I ultimately decided to let the designers do what they want. I gave them a set amount of money and allowed them to let their creativity lead them. The flowers were delivered exactly when I asked them to be and made for a wonderful surprise for my friend.
