I shared an inspo pic, and y’all knocked it out of the park and made a creation that was so unbelievably amazing and way better than the inspiration photo I found online! Most importantly, the deceased’s family was so surprised and grateful for such a loving, fitting tribute, as well as many of his close friends. I 1000% recommend Billy Heroman’s for all your floral needs.

Experiencia negativa: I have been using these people for years. Forward to Valentine’s Day this year I gave these people two simple requests “after one pm” and to “my addresss”. Not only did they deliver them before 11am , they delivered them to the wrong address. I call them once I find out the error, and the lady that answers gets all defensive and transfer me over to a supervisor. Supervisor gets 0 accomplished besides pissing me off further. Tries to save face by saying they were at least delivered and I told the lady I wouldn’t be mad even if ONE of the things were right but they couldn’t get ANY OF IT RIGHT and thats where my frustration is. As someone who has spent thousands with this company, I’ll never give them my business again.

Experiencia negativa: I went to the Perkins Road store on Thursday to thank them for calling the police for my son who has bipolar and wasn't on meds at the time he went to the store to purchase roses. Then I asked them,why was his car towed after Todd McBride had told the officer that it wouldn't be towed.i was contacted and met with the officer to get the keys and the car was gone.The girl in the store told me it was the owners decision to have ur towed. I politely asked her for the towing service number and the owners number. She wrote the numbers on paper! I apologized for what transpired on behalf of my son and explained how educated he was and thanked them again! I also said as I was leaving,I wonder if it was anybody else would they have had handled it that way! I went to my car and dialed the number and said this is the store's number. I got out of my car to proceed back into the store to let the girl know that was the store's number! They hF locked the doors and if I was criminal! That was horrible experience for me! I didn't say anything out of order to anyone! I had to tell someone about it. I drive to the store where I usually shop on North Harrell Farell Road to vent what had just happened! I have never harmed anyone in my life! I've been an educator over 38 years! You have to treat people better. That was disrespectful and rude! One star for calling the police and he's getting the help he needs. Now,I'm stuck trying to get the car from Brown's towing! He was trying to get another license before coming to buy the roses. It takes 30 days for a license to be mailed. That's towing plus $38 to $40 per day! Do you understand the frustration! Why said you not going tow it and do what you said you weren't going to do! I try to God the owners read this and help with the cost!

Their generosity and amazing customer service seriously blew me away! Originally I felt like such an inconvenience, because I honestly just wanted to know if there was a way to stop the leak since it was slow and from the bottom, but they insisted on replacing it with a brand new arrangement! The lady i spoke with was so kind, sweet & apologetic about everything, I wish I would've gotten her name to thank her for making sure I got a vase without leaks! The last delivery lady even waited to make sure it wasn't going to leak this time after I sat it on my desk and did a wipe test if you're gonna get your lady flowers, definitely go through them! I have never received such flawless customer service before like this! 10/10 definitely recommend, plus the arrangements are gorgeous!!

Experiencia negativa: I had a terrible experience with Billy Heroman's at Harrells Ferry Rd. I got married on 10/05 at White Oak Estate and Gardens. I wanted a specific type of flower that has a great meaning to our marriage and represents my culture--oriental lilies. To have a great outcome for the flower presentation, we contacted Billy Heroman's and shared a document with them, very detailedly expressing our expectations and vision of our wedding flowers. We brought in the vases that we wanted for the wedding and paid Billy Heroman's to present us with the best flowers for our wedding, put the open white lilies in each vase without any extra decorations or greeneries. On the wedding day, the vases they brought in were horrible, they were not full and the lilies were not open. I would accept 80% open and 20% closed flowers, but the lilies and the vases presented at our wedding looked so cheap, and stingy, like we bought from Costco a day before the big day. We contacted the store to share our poor experience and seek a solution on 10/09. I had my husband talk to the store because he is a Louisiana local, and I was afraid I would get discriminated. My husband did not get to speak to the store until the 4th call and they hung up on him for the first 3. Billy Heroman's told us that they couldn't ensure all flowers would open, they said whoever took the flowers home would have a fully open vase now, and they claimed that we didn't tell them the flowers needed to be open, which we clearly showed the expectation on the picture. They told my husband they would talk to their manager and call him back next week, but they didn't. They have been postponing to solve the problem week by week, saying the manager is out of the office. As you can see, there isn't any professionalism at this store either the florists or their customer service. I attached a picture of a professional florist who put together a full vase of fresh lilies to this review. We assume that Billy Heroman's did not quote us correctly so they mispurchased the amount of flowers. We would have no complaint if they told us that the flowers would not be full and needed more. We would have no problem paying for the difference and have nice and full flowers at our wedding. We would also want to solve this problem within their customer service but what they offered us leads us to share this experience with other customers and our wedding venue, that the Billy Heroman's store at Harrells Ferry Rd is not recommended.

But when I arrived they couldn't find my order. With it being Mother's Day weekend I knew it had probably gotten mixed up or overlooked with all the orders coming in.
