Experiencia fantástica: Edit: The owner (I assume) called me and apologized for the situation. She refunded my full amount and still sent the $200 order for free and even upgraded it. She went above and beyond to make this right and I’m truly satisfied with the customer service. I’m leaving my initial problem up so others can be rest assured that if anything comes up, that I have faith they will do whatever it takes to make it right. Horrible experience. I tried to get flowers delivered and I put in my address and said it would be delivered that day and they charged me $25. After I paid I got a call saying that I need to pay more money to even qualify for me to have the delivery. And then was told there isn’t enough drivers for me. And then I was told the florist is closed. It was one thing after another. Excuses to not give me what I paid for. And when I asked to cancel I was told they couldn’t until a manager came in the next day and I wouldn’t receive a email or any kind of confirmation is was canceled. I’d have to just trust them. Horrible and i wouldn’t recommend this if your in need of flowers that day for a special occasion.

The team immediately jumped into action, called the other store and told them that they'd make the arrangement for me. Within 10 minutes, they had the arrangement ready with fresh and beautiful flowers. I shopped around while waiting and bought a few things to which the manager told me some interesting facts about the jewelry I purchased. They were super accommodating and VERY friendly.
