It was late at night time but she didn’t mind and updated the information right away . The flowers were for my sister in law’s funeral. Experiencia fantástica: Ordered one day, delivered the next, the product was amazing and what I liked about it is the delivery driver tried many times to contact my friend to no avail, then the flower shop called me and I arranged for my friend to go downstairs, it wasn't like amazon where they just leave it on the sidewalk take a picture and leave. Also included in the order was status updates of when it was out for delivery, and actual picture of delivery when being handed to the person. Awesome.

Once I figured out I still needed the order fulfilled the next day (and it was time sensitive although they didn’t know that part), flowers were delivered within 4 hours and the recipients were floored about how stunning they were. Matched the description on their page, fast and efficient delivery, and great customer service. Will use them again, and recommend them to everyone I know. Thanks for saving the day guys!

My mother-in-law was beside herself and overwhelmed when she received them. This florist originally attempted to deliver the flowers shortly after I placed the order, but they were unable to access the property and called me andwere super professional and kind and offered to come back the next day, free of charge which they did and literally hand delivered them to my mother-in-law who was so happy. Family Flower Shop, is now my go to, and I highly recommend them!
