Experiencia positiva: I am a professional floral designer and received a bloom box for my birthday from family. The flowers were fully blown (meaning they were fully open) and already soft when you gently squeeze them between your fingers, and therefore only lasted a couple of days. This quality is fine for events, but not for home deliveries. The small amount of foam for that many flowers does not hydrate adequately. Surprisingly, the phaels (orchids) wilted after a couple of days. The amount of flowers were good, the box was cute, the color palette was interesting, but the stems need some greenery to soften the void below the flowers. Please condition the flowers better so they can last several days for the customer. Roses and phaels should have a longer vase-life for home deliveries.

Tonight we walked by, the sign on the door said „open“, the door was unlocked, the store was brightly lit, and sales associates were present. Upon entering we were not greeted, but rather stared down by a salesperson as if we were trespassing. It was left to me to ask „are you closed“, which was answered with a „yes“, an eye roll, and a neck twist. Needless to say, we turned around and left immediately through the still unlocked and marked „open“ front door. We will definitely take our florist business elsewhere.

For our anniversary, I knew I wanted Lilies with a white and blue motif, and for the bouquet to feel like a large surprise.
