Experiencia negativa: Disappointed with their customer service skills. I have only used their services once before, but never will in the future. I walked in around March inquiring about 3 bouquets to be done in May for my wedding. All 3 white roses with eucalyptus and baby's-breath. I was immediately shot down for my request once they heard me ask. Not even by the person I was talking to, just by the person behind them working on a bouquet. She gave the reason of "No, we will have too many orders for Mother's Day and good luck trying to find a place to accomodate me that close to mothers day" Yes, my wedding was the day before Mother's day. But I was inquiring 3 months ahead and was only asking for 3 bouquets of roses which really would of been the equivalent to what you'd gift your mother, very simple. I've been pondering this for months and finally thought it was time for a review. A simple "No, unfortunately we can't accommodate wedding bouquets around that time" would of sufficed. Too bad they were rude. I had a good experience with them a few years prior but oh well.
