In the beginning, you have a consultation that goes over inspiration, mood boards, and budgeting. Within a week, I got a packet of information, curated to me (which was awesome), with different ways the flowers could look/ how that it could fit my budget. I also really wanted to be able to use candles and candelabras to fit the vision we wanted, and they freaking nailed it. I really wanted to use orchids in my bouquet since it's my mother's favorite flower, as well as tulips (my favorite flower) and even though they weren't in season, they were able to supply them and make my bouquet so perfect for me. 10/10 recommend!!

I called NE Flower Boutique And ask them if they could help me put together a birthday bouquet in a vase and deliver it to the hotel where she is staying/working. I don’t think I’ve ever been more impressed by a service business! Not only were they enthusiastic and helpful, they sent me text messages with a picture of the arrangement they had put together, they sent text confirmation that the order had been processed and when it had been delivered. They made the process so easy and I never wondered for a minute if my birthday surprise to my wife was going to happen or get fumbled. 100% recommend!!!!!

Experiencia positiva: I really wanted to love them due to all the positive reviews that I have seen on here and on facebook. I think that in general, their pricing is really good, but maybe my expectations were too high because I still thought they were sort of expensive even with the mix of some fake florals. We went back and forth on some things because I didn’t think they got my vision for the stairwell at my venue, but then other things they completely surpassed my vision. They did sort of nickel and dime us at the very end when I forgot to add two boutonnieres, which I did not appreciate. Day of, everything was beautiful, except they forgot our bouquet for our Mary dedication at the church. Our wedding planner had to make it clear they had to deliver it to the church, which they did, and all was good. The stairs ended up perfect and the tables and other floral arrangements were incredible as well, so I was happy in the end. I was happy with how beautiful they looked! Note: I ordered a copy of my bridal bouquet for a photoshoot afterwards and the communication was really really poor from the storefront and the result was very different leading to a big disappointment, and a big headache. When I asked for an explanation, I was met with a dismissive staff member who said she wasnt the one who took the order so its not her fault.

Anastasia provided multiple options and price points to make our day beautiful, which allowed us to pick and choose within our budget in an stress-free way. My bridal bouquet was gorgeous. The team sent photos the day prior to our wedding make sure I was happy, and were super responsive to feedback. My husband loved his floral pocket boutonnière, which perfectly matched my bouquet. My bridesmaids’ bouquets were stunning, as were the various other personal florals for our groomsmen and parents. NE Flower Boutique handled our signage - our welcome sign, our table numbers, and our table assignments. My husband and I talked about how happy we were to have professionals handling these items, which looked fantastic and made our lives easier. NE Flower Boutique also made our reception space an absolute dream - even more beautiful than I could’ve imagined. From the repurposed ceremony florals, to the ceiling greenery, to the candles and bud vases, the space looked phenomenal. Finally, Anastasia and her team were all absolutely wonderful to work with. Florals were one of the hardest parts of wedding planning for me because I had a really tough time envisioning what I wanted. Anastasia and her team were so patient and kind throughout the entire process from the first inquiry to the wedding day. Once you inquire, They will put together a detailed proposal with inspiration photos for your day and once you book they will take time to work with you through any changes you'd like to make. Leading up to the wedding, I met with Anastasia at their gorgeous showroom studio. Anastasia was so welcoming and patient and even made us a example centerpieces to help us envision what the tables would look like. It was so helpful. The other thing that stood out to us as compared to other florists is that they will work with ANY budget and no minimum spend is needed. They also only take 1 wedding per day which is so reassuring! She is quick to respond and will go back and forth with you endlessly to be in your budget and give you the exact floral vibe you want. They text you a pic of your bouqet the night before and make any changes you want which was a great touch. I’m giving it a 3/5 because she sent me an inspo picture for the bridesmaids bouqets of small white bouquets with no greens. They showed up with SO much ruscus, which was not the vibe, so my angel bridesmaids cut all of the greens off with eyelash scissors. I’m very lucky to have great friends who would do that for me, but it added stress to the morning. I am amending my review and adding a star to reflect Anastasia reaching out following this review. She apologized and noted that she went above and beyond in bringing my floral vision to life. She offered to refund the bridesmaid bouquets and asked that I adjust the rating to reflect her efforts. While I did not accept the refund as that would be unfair given she did provide a product and service, I appreciate her follow up.

Experiencia negativa: My first time ordering flowers at NE Flower Bouquet for my second wedding was a bit of a frustrating experience and almost a disaster. The order name is Tommy Tr. and pick up date was Oct 5th, 2024. The old city location messed up multiple times and it’s all because of their lack of communication between the staff. TL:DR - terrible service, expensive and average flowers. I advise people to pay with a credit card just in case they mess up. First problem - I ordered flower arrangements over the phone and sent many example pictures from my previous wedding asking for a replica of the past flower arrangements. I was told the order was saved and I could pay cash in person. I went into the old city location and the worker could not find my order with my phone number, name or the order number given to me. I waited 30 mins while they made multiple phone calls figuring this issue out. Once they found the order, they wanted me to pay in cash WITHOUT confirming the details of my order..lol. What a mess. Btw, the receipt wasn’t itemized or included an order number. Problem two - I get a video of my floral arrangements and they were at best average. Also, the color scheme wasn’t perfect. I wasn’t expecting a near replicate, but I did pay a premium and wasn’t ultimately happy as the color scheme was off. They were kind enough to offer adjustments, but I don’t think it was worth the hassle of communicating back and forth to see if they could replicate the color scheme perfectly. Pictures of my wife’s bouquet and theirs included below Problem three - for some reason…I end up talking to multiple staffers from NE Flower Bouquet and they all use different phone numbers. I asked when I could pick up my flowers and got ghosted lol. Problem four - wedding day arrives and I went to pick up my flowers that morning. And I find out that it’s not at the old city location…and it’s somehow at the warehouse in the north east. Great. More time wasted. They did reconcile by offering delivery which is nice, but this could have been prevented like the rest with better communication. Problem five - when I tried to pick up my floral arrangements..they wanted me to pay again! For some reason..the workers didn’t mark it down in their system that I paid. Luckily, I saved my receipt and brought it along for the pickup, which btw is not itemized. Problem six - the biggest mess up here. I get my floral deliveries an hour before my wedding and I’m missing a boutonniere for my best man. And my boutonnière’s color scheme didn’t even match what I requested lol. Plus I received stuff I never asked for in the order like extra rose petals or flower baskets. If they forgotten or messed up a bridal bouquet…this could have been a disaster. I wanted to like this place, but they seriously messed up too many times. It all came down to lack of communication. I wish I paid with my credit card and charged back for the poor service and average flowers.

I also loved that she sent me a picture of my bouquet the night before and was extremely receptive to the few things I wanted changed. During my planning, due to my first florist dropping me suddenly only 3 months before the wedding (after having been under contract for over a year), I was struggling to find a florist to take on my Mother's Day weekend wedding (and not charge a fortune). From start to finish, Anastasia and her team were a dream to work with. I had a very specific vision in mind and Anastasia treated my wishes and concerns like they were her own. She is a very detailed oriented person like myself, and was one of few vendors who embraced that. Her team was one of the most responsive of any vendor I've dealt with. The prices were fair and the work was impeccable. They made my vision come to life and I cried when I saw the reception room. Experiencia fantástica: Anastasia was awesome. She spent a ton of time sitting with me on the phone in order to figure out the best way to give us the décor we dreamed of within our budget. We worked through various money-saving options including repurposing the girls’ bouquets as centerpieces and dual tasking our church set up/sweetheart table. They even offered the pocket boutonnieres for the guys which were a huge hit. They were flexible to meet our timeline and space requirements and were great at staying in communication to ensure everything was perfect. They even sent me pictures of everything the day before to make sure everything was perfect. Overall, we were really happy with our experience with NE florist and would highly recommend them to future brides.

Experiencia negativa: WHITE ALLIES DON'T SHOP HERE!!! I went out for breakfast this 11am to Riverwards on Bread st to grab something. While there I asked a clerk if there was a place to get fresh eucalyptus ,because I didn't want to go to TJs to get some. A customer responded to say she works at a flower shop @90 2nd st and they have some. I leave to go get breakfast on 3rd st at Ole Cafe and run into a middle-aged white lady with a plush bunch of eucalyptus. She was chatty and sweet, so we chatted and laughed at how much the same bunch would cost at Trader Joe's. I asked her how much her bunch was and she said $8 and $9 with tax. Wow! I had to go to this shop and made a beeline for NE Flower Boutique. Breakfast be damned! I arrive and the young white lady from the Riverwards recognized me. I told her YES I wanted a bunch of eucalyptus and that I had just run into a woman that had just bought some a few mins ago from them. Why after she whispered with an older woman worker in the shop did she approach and quote me a price of $3 PER STEM?! Wait that white lady pays $ 8 for her healthy bunch and she's charging this BLACK lady $3 PER STEM?! It's discriminatory and RACIST to charge non whites MORE for your product!!!I

My friend and I had a wedding the same day and decided to share some of the florals. They thoughtfully and carefully helped navigate the logistics necessary to make this happen. When I first emailed Anastasia about the kind of flowers I was looking for, she turned around a proposal within just a couple days. She dealt with the tricky situation of me and my friend sharing flowers for our same day weddings. She was very accommodating in helping navigate the coordination and logistics necessary to make it happen, such as figuring out delivery time and making sure to provide flowers that would last through both of our weddings. She took an impressive amount of care to make sure her team provided exactly what we wanted, and they more than delivered. They even sent sample pictures the day before to make sure it was exactly what I wanted! The quality of flowers given the price already makes Northeast flowers a fantastic florist. But their customer service on top of the quality of their product really sets them over the top. I definitely plan to recommend Northeast flowers to any of my friends for their flower needs.
