Expérience fantastique: I needed to send flowers to my daughters in Antwerp - which isn’t as easy from Australia! I have sent them flowers several times but it has often been a problem in the past. Yesterday I tried Elle Fleur Antwerpen and I got wonderful service. Not only did they speak English but they took photos to show me the flowers before wrapping and answered my many messages! The owner even delivered the flowers and sent me messages when my daughter didn’t come to collect them. Once we found her (I was able to contact my daughter because the owner messaged me), he even took a photo of her with the flowers and sent it to me! This is service you often don’t see anymore and I’m so grateful to know the beautiful, fresh flowers were delivered and my daughters can now enjoy them. Thankyou so much, Elle Fleur - you have my business from now on!

Expérience fantastique: Ordered a beautiful simple peony bouquet with vase on a Saturday evening via WhatsApp message at 6pm. The team answered within minutes, I paid via direct bank transfer & they delivered just a few minutes away from their shop in Antwerp the next day at noon just as requested. They were so kind as to take a photo of the finished order & tell me when they were on the way to the delivery address so I could make sure my friend was home to receive them. The peonies are super fresh & the bulbs are fully closed. They have such an eye for detail. Money absolutely well spent. I would recommend them & order again in a heartbeat. Expérience positive: 5 stars for the flowers. 1 star for the delivery. Last year I ordered and called them to deliver the flowers on Mother's day and they confirmed - delivered 2 days before Mother's day. This year I ordered in the morning of 18 May for delivery on the 19 May. I did not call to inform. Delivered on 21 May, 8pm. Distance from delivery point 1km. Very nice bouquet, but better go and pick it up yourself.

I'm in Canada and even from overseas Elle Fleur manage to deliver the arrangement to my partner without issues, and he loooved it! He says it has been a while since flowers smelled so intensely and nice, which shows the quality of the bouquet. Once again thanks for the assistance in making his bday special and looking forward to deal with Elle Fleur in future. 100% recommended.

Ik vroeg de dag ervoor of ik een boeketje de dag erna kon afhalen en werd direct geholpen en geïnformeerd over de bijkomende keuzes da er eventueel aankwamen die dag. Zal hier zeker nog terug keren. :)

So I called the shop "Elle Fleur" and Elle, the owner, was very nice, kind and very committed. She works quick and created an amazing bouquet. As on the day of delivery my friend wasn´t at home, it wasn´t a probem at all - Elle informed me about it and delivered the flowers next day - including a foto of the delivery which was a very lovely detail. My friend loved the flowers and as the service was excellent I would work any time again with Ellen!
