Esperienza negativa: I've ordered from Kanel several times and have always been satisfied witth their quality and eye for detail. Unfortunately the Isra bouquet I received today does not meet Kanel's own description of a "unique timeless pastel pink bouquet." The flowers I got are mainly magenta/purple. I asked Kanel for a solution as I needed a light pink bouquet for a photoshoot and family event. Instead of offering a solution or replacement the owner proceeded to gaslight. I was shocked to be told: "For us, it is a pastel / pink bouquet. For you it is not a pastel bouquet. It is your opinion. Next time, go directly to a shop. I am not here to create frustration but i can’t do something for you." What's the point of ordering from a boutique florist if this is the kind of service you receive. If you need any specific color bouquet beware you might get a random color assortment.

Esperienza fantastica: Received it in February 2026. Beautiful and so big too. They did a nice job and the flowers really smelled so good !!! My friend did not instruct them much besides paying and leaving text for the card online (on distance). So my friend was glad it turned out this well. I recommend it for last minute orders.

Esperienza negativa: Nicely packed Bouquet of flowers delivered on a Saturday looked nice for a day. Two days in they look terrible. KANEL asked for more picture evidence instead of sending a replacement immediately. Still waiting for a reaction. I don’t see the customer excellence and care.

Esperienza negativa: Très mauvaise expérience. J'ai tenté à plusieurs reprises de contacter ce fleuriste via les deux numéros listés pour organiser les fleurs de mon mariage. On m'a demandé d'appeler à une certaine date et personne ne répond. Deux jours plus tard, on me promet un appel dans la journée, confirmé donc j’attends, et rien du tout, aucun appel, aucun message, aucune excuse. J’ai dû courir après eux plusieurs fois et depuis une semaine maintenait pour avoir des nouvelles, et malgré leurs engagements répétés, on me fait poiroter. C’est extrêmement irrespectueux, surtout dans le cadre de l’organisation d’un événement aussi important qu’un mariage. Ce manque de professionnalisme et de considération pour les clients est tout simplement inacceptable. Je ne recommande absolument pas.

Esperienza fantastica: The flowers got delivered safely and on time. The site is very easy-to-use and the payment methods are very easy as well. What amazed me and was an extra mile from Kanel, is that the flowers were delivered in a very big box, secured with tire ups and at the bottom of the flowers -at the stems- they puted a small waterproof type of bag with some sort of fluid inside that kept the flowers "alive" for a bigger period of time. Very good job, 10/10, excellent.
