In terms of delivery, it only lacks communication between WhatsApp team and delivery team, important notes that customer can give for the delivery.

Experiência negativa: Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience with A Tulipa. The beginning was promising, with a reasonable offer and good communication. However, once the first half of the prepayment was made, the work was repeatedly delayed. The gardeners only returned to finish the job after we asked multiple times. The trees that were planted were significantly smaller than initially agreed due to garden restrictions, and some of the planned work was no longer necessary because it had already been completed by someone else. Despite this, the final invoice was initially much higher than the agreed amount. After numerous visits to the shop and repeated requests for an on-site inspection to verify what had actually been done, they eventually agreed not to charge extra. However, they insisted that the full original budget still had to be paid, without taking into account that considerably less work had been completed than agreed. Overall, it was a very unpleasant and frustrating experience.

Experiência fantástica: I was looking for indoor plants and was very competent and friendly advised. Plants are of extraordinary quality. Not cheap but absolutely worth the money. Staff members wrapped the plants with plastik film and helped me to put them into my car.

Experiência negativa: Venderam me uma Crassula Campfire que vem quase sem uma raiz que fosse, e com a parte do caule que vem dentro do substrato apodrecida. Tem uns 4 dias que comprei. UMA VERGONHA!!!!!!!!! Paga de bem mais caro por ser uma florista/Garden, e tem muito menos qualidade que as plantas vendidas em Supermercados.

Experiência positiva: Staff at both Plaza Madeira & Garden are fantastic. I had an issue with a purchase a while ago and it was corrected however, I purchased a hanging cactus and a succulent which both were planted incorrectly and died. The response received was that the team at the store was spoken to about the poor job they did. That’s great but what happens to the customer? I am a faithful customer and have spent and continue to spend money there monthly. I really think that the plant should have been exchanged but instead I had to purchase a different plant to replace the two dead ones. When an issue arises such as this one they should take appropriate action to resolve it in a way that a customer will continue shopping there.

Experiência positiva: Unfortunately they didn't have what I needed but the very helpful assistant told me new stock will arrive tomorrow, so I will try to find time to visit. Very well displayed stock, higher end prices but good for the quality.

Experiência negativa: Very poor service and dishonest business. Do not hire them for any events. We paid €160 for a seating chart stand and easel that was never delivered, leaving our guests without a seating chart and forcing the venue and us to allocate name cards and coordinate guests. When we requested a refund, they only refunded €20 and tried to avoid taking responsibility. Their dishonesty and lack of service were unacceptable. We had paid for this item in full, yet they not only failed to deliver but also rudely dismissed our request for a proper refund. Other businesses have informed us that this seems to be their attempt to profit off of clients who forget details and don’t live locally.

Experiência fantástica: I wanted to order bouquet for my girlfriend who lives in Funchal. Sadly due to the hot weather the one I wanted was no available. I got a mail asking if it was ok to be another bouquet. The bouquet turned out amazing. Great service from Sandra and great products!

Experiência negativa: Encomendei um ramo de flores no site para entrega no dia da mãe. Além de ter sentido falta de simpatia e atenção aquando um pedido de esclarecimento, o recebimento do ramo deixou muito a desejar. Sei que é um dia de muitas entregas, mas isso nao justifica que nao se trate o cliente de forma profissional. O ramo em questão, que por sua vez nao é propriamente barato, apesar das flores serem bonitas, para mim pareceu me um emaranhado de flores, sem qualquer jeito, presas sem cuidado. Na quarta feira as flores estavam praticamente secas. Lamentavelmente será a última vez que irei comprar neste sitio.

Experiência positiva: Vim à Madeira em trabalho e aproveitei para procurar uma espécie de glicínia ( rosa) que é difícil encontrar no Continente (apenas na região do Algarve). Fui muito bem atendida , mas o preço da planta foi mais do dobro do preço habitual , no Continente claro ( estamos a falar de 25€ na Madeira e 13-15€ no Continente). A salientar a simpatia das funcionárias .

Je voulais rapporter un souvenir de Madere ; les fleurs ont très bien été emballées et préparées pour le voyage en avion elles n'ont pas souffert , elles sont arrivées fraîches et très belles, je suis ravie. Petit plus, on me les a préparées et livrées à l'hôtel. Service et accueil au top. Prix raisonnable fleurs superbes je recommande !!

Experiência negativa: 1 star only for the choices of plants but I think the staff were too much after us as if we want to steal or something. Did not feel comfortable. 1 lady approaches us to ask if we need help, when I said I was just looking as it was my 1st time.She was immediately like no photo then. By the way they lost money as I was sending pictures to my friends who were interested in some plants. Too bad. No business for them due to the experience. Maybe your staff should give the clients some space to look around instead of following them like snakes. We will ask for help if needed, no need to be after our a$$.
