Experiência fantástica: I was blown away by the flowers I ordered from Betty Florista!! All done via WhatsApp as I'm in New Zealand and my parents were at their holiday home in Funchal. No problems whatsoever with communication and the flowers were even better than I expected. My parents were absolutely delighted as was I. 10/10!

Experiência fantástica: I had picked up one of Betty's business cards whilst in Funchal and placed my order from the UK. With the help of Google Translate and WhatsApp I managed to discuss what I wanted. Betty sent a large selection of photos and videos from which I made my choice. The price for the bouquet plus delivery was quoted and she provided her bank details. I set up payment by international bank transfer sending proof and, even though at that point she had not received the money she put together the bouquet and delivered it at a time to suit me. One special lady received a very nice surprise made only possible by the patience and professionalism of Betty. I will be calling in on her again at some point and would highly recommend her to others. Excellent service. ❤️

I wasn't sure if this was going to be possible to arrange. Betty was so professional and helpful, I was sent a few different pictures of possible displays, I picked one, left my hotel details and the date needed and Betty did the rest. To top it all off, the bouquet was probably the most stunning display I have every seen, my wife was over the moon.
