Very friendly, very hospital and the flowers were beautiful! Not that I buy flowers often but a great choice for the local area. ⭐️

I came in super last minute for graduation bouquets for my friends and she absolutely saved me. she made it work under such a short time notice , but the bouquets were even better than I imagined. The attention to detail was amazing, every little thing was perfect (my friends were in awe). You can tell she genuinely cares about what she does. On top of all that, the service was incredible and the owner of the shop is lovely, which made the whole experience even better. If you need flowers for absolutely anything, go here! Positive experience: I ordered a Florist Choice Bright Bouquet for $75 including delivery. What was delivered was very underwhelming. The bouquet looked sparse, with only a handful of flowers and little variety. It didn’t reflect the value of the amount paid. The lily stem included was already open, so it wouldn’t last long. And for something advertised as “florist choice,” the overall arrangement looked quite unattractive and poorly put together. I contacted the florist directly with photos and gave them the opportunity to respond, but unfortunately received no reply. Disappointed overall, both with the quality of the bouquet and the lack of customer service.

Fantastic experience: I popped in yesterday very last minute to get flowers for a colleague in work who’s in hospital. I asked for something in a vase possibly. Natalie said give me 10 minutes and she created the most beautiful bouquet! I was blown away by the customer service and attention to detail. Such a lovely experience I will only buy my flowers from here in future.

Both the wreath and the ribbon are very good quality and look great. The staff is very polite and friendly, always available to explain all the details on the phone, with patience and kindness.

Fantastic experience: Nat was a superstar with the orders we placed with her for my brother’s funeral. She had a couple days notice to make a personalised wreath, two small flower arrangements, and two large flower arrangements, all of which blew my mind. The house smelt and looked beautiful with these beautiful flowers in it. The advise given was well received and resulted in a beautiful flower arrangement that I was proud to take to the funeral. Delivery was scheduled for 2pm or later the day before and the flowers arrived bang on 2pm. They opened overnight so, on the day, they were at their best. Great service and delivery. Well done. Five stars!

Negative experience: Absolutely devistated, totally let down by Interflora and will never use again. Ordered over $200 worth of flowers on Thursday morning to be delivered today (Saturday) for an 80th birthday. Email from Tim in customer service today to say they won’t deliver until Tuesday minimum!! They left it too late for me to order from another provider.
