You were completely under the pump with pre- orders for other occasions, however you gave me the time and talked me through some options for our special occasion. A lovely lady called Chantal made up on the spot the most ‘Beautiful Bouquet’ of flowers. Thank you so much, my daughter absolutely loved them. Fantastic experience: A vibrant little place for the very young to the oldies. From regular flower bouquets to the amazing artificial ones, to the chocolate bouquets to even loose flowers. I had visited them for some loose flowers for a Hindu temple ritual and was amazed by the variety they offered. Will be best if you call and book for your requirement.

Fantastic experience: I had my wedding flowers done by them after thinking it was too expensive elsewhere and debating whether to do it myself. They tailored my request to suit my budget at a fraction of the price of other ventors who specify in weddings. When the flowers were delivered to the venue they were carefully packed and really beautifully displayed. The really went above and beyond for us.

Fantastic experience: 10/10 cannot fault. Ordered a bunch of Red and white roses for my missus and we both agree they are by far the best roses we have ever seen. Will 1000% be buying more and recommending this place to everyone. I also found the price reasonable considering the quality of the bunch.

Negative experience: I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this store. I spent $120, expecting to receive exactly what I ordered. However, what I received was completely different. When I pointed this out to the staff, they simply told me to choose another item from the store. This response shows a complete lack of concern for customer satisfaction and an emphasis only on profit. This will be the last time I purchase anything from them.

Not with Jesson Flowers, the beautiful bouquet surpassed my expectations. Absolutely beautiful and so many different flowers. It has been a week and flowers are still opening. Negative experience: What’s wrong with the old woman at the counter. Was made to feel like my presence in the store was a bother to her. No customer service skills at all, just very rude and an uncomfortable experience. I had previously received the same service from her and thought she was just having an off day, but seems she is always just grumpy. This is a shame because the flower arrangements are always beautiful, but the terrible service is enough to make me not want to visit.

Fantastic experience: The friendliest, most helpful and accommodating place for flowers and small gifts that I have ever been into.

Negative experience: Used to be my shop of choice but I feel the quality has gone down in recent times. Flowers don't last as long (the petals on my Christmas bunch fell off once the plastic was removed and the shop did give me a refund but it was a shame it happened in the first place really) and the variety is just not there. Not sure if this is reflective of the industry or their suppliers. The prices are still steep though... unfortunately these days it seems I can buy flowers from Woolies for same lifespan but cheaper price. I like to support local but it's difficult when the value for money becomes an issue.
