Fantastic experience: We had a recent family funeral and the service and flowers were brilliant, bright and fresh. Thank you so much to Sarah and Team. We took the flowers home and put them in water, and they lasted longer than we expected.

Negative experience: Very disappointed with flowers for a family funeral as lots of buds were wilted and dead. Went in in person,called and emailed without a reply from Sarah. Finally a reply after jumping up and down.

Fantastic experience: Gemma was amazing, genuine, compassionate and very knowledgeable about all aspects of a funeral arrangement i required in Ballarat. I am in Darwin and often find it hard to get the right communication across on the phone but she made it easy and a pleasure to talk to

Fantastic experience: After a disaster with another florist, I phoned Sarah this morning and ordered flowers to be delivered to my Mother in Law today for her birthday. The request was bright and cheerful for a 70+ year old woman. I am super impressed with the flowers that were sent out. They are absolutely beautiful and delivered in a timely manner. I will definitely use them again.

Fantastic experience: I loved their service. I called them after an awful experience with another florist who cancelled my order last minute and Jemma was extremely sweet and understanding. She was 9 minutes away from closing for same day delivery but without any hesitation she accepted my order, assured me that it will be delivered in an hour; she handled my concerns very patiently and even called me back to confirm that the delivery was completed.

Fantastic experience: Sarah at Jenny Burke florists created a beautiful bouquet for my mums birthday, it was a while since I had used this florist and they didn't disappoint. I live in the UK so was communicating via email and telephone. I can definitely recommend and will be using them again in the future

Fantastic experience: I was in Ballarat for a sad occasion and found Jenny Burke Florist via maps. It showed very good ratings and they are spot on. She had a number of very reasonably priced bouquets but insisted on making up a bouquet to suit my taste and needs, which she did in less than 10 minutes. Very accommodating, friendly, helpful service and well priced especially in the city area. Definitely recommended.

Fantastic experience: Greeted with a smile as soon as I had entered the florist and felt welcome straight after. All I can say about the flowers, is that mum just loved them, accepting them from the most friendly courier this Mother’s Day 2022. Jenny Burke and her crew have done me proud. Five stars.

Fantastic experience: Bought the Pamper Hamper at the last minute and was worried it wouldn't arrive in time, but it was delivered within 3 hours! The flowers were stunning and in a ceramic vase which was a lovely touch and the extras were all of great quality. However, when it arrived we found that the candle had already been burned (I guess as a tester), and when I rang to let them know the customer service was incredible, the lady I spoke to was incredibly apologetic, quickly rectified the problem and arranged to send us a new one. This arrived within the hour in a cute gift bag with a free soap, which was unexpected and unnecessary as it was only a small mistake, but appreciated nonetheless. I can't recommend these guys - super quick delivery, beautiful flowers and products, amazing customer service. This was a graduation gift from my sister who absolutely loved it.

Fantastic experience: I can't recommend Jenny Burke Florist enough. Not only are their gorgeous blooms of amazing quality and presentation but their customer service is second to none. I made an error with my order in relation to the delivery area however they ensured delivery was made on time even when I was unavailable to assist. This level of service is not common and that is why you should order from here every single time.

Fantastic experience: The quality, and attention to detail is second to none. I had a flower arrangement and a hamper sent to Ballan. Jenny made the entire process so easy over the phone taking the time to explain and check with me exactly what I wanted. She went above and beyond catering to everything I asked for. She kindly checked that the hamper had arrived the and personally called me to confirm. OUTSTANDING service! I could not recommend her highly enough.

Fantastic experience: Jenny recently did the flowers for my wedding, and I couldn't recommend her enough! I went to Jenny with no idea about flowers, except that I liked roses. She used her expertise to recommend her ideas, and she didn't leave one tiny detail out, even asking for material from my dress so that the colour choices were matched perfectly. She did the most amazing job and the bouquets were more than what I imagined. My bouquet remained in tact over a month after the wedding, and it was very difficult to throw it away because it was still so beautiful.. Thank you so much Jenny and the team!!

Fantastic experience: needed a specific bouquet the day before ANZAC DAY they didnt have what I wanted but when I explained the significance of the flowers they rang someone and had the flowers ordered in and had it beautifully arranged and ready on the Saturday when I needed them I would highly recommend them

Fantastic experience: What an amazing shop! I live in the States but needed to get flowers for my aunt that passed away in Skipton. I emailed Jenny asking if she could help. She found the local information about the funeral, contacted the funeral director for delivery and made suggestions on the arrangement. The arrangement itself was beautifully done. I had many lovely comments from the family. I would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: It was so wonderful and such a pleasure to work with Jenny and her team and have them look after our gorgeous wedding and celebration flowers. They were so accommodating to the specific restrictions we had due to our location and were able to make up absolute dream creations for us, exactly as described and hoped for! I honestly highly recommend their services and look forward to going into the shop to see them again some day. This is certainly the only florist to go to.
