Fantastic experience: I received these most beautiful flowers from a friend in Brisbane. Apologies for the not so good photos but I had a stroke shortly before.

Fantastic experience: I just wanted to thank you so much for the flowers i ordered from you guys last week, to send to my mum on the anniversary of my brothers passing. Its so hard to know what your getting when ordering online, from another state. She was blown away by just how beautiful they were!! Fantastic experience: After several times looking for a wedding florist, I felt Gardenia would be the best fit for my theme and their website photos showed to some degree what I was after. They were transparent in what flowers would be in season, and the bare minimum cost was a great start esp for budgeting. Exceptional customer service when I first came into the store and met face to face to finalise details. Flawless stunning arrangements.

Fantastic experience: My beautiful neices, Karen, Steph & Amy sent me a bouquet of the most stunning, best quality flowers from Gardenia Florist. I've had many bouquets, baskets & boxes of flowers in my time but none as exquisite as these for my 76th birthday. Every stem is absolute perfection, all superbly arranged with a full stem of brilliant orchids & even a block of Margaret River chocolate added for that highly professional touch. This is a worthy Company that really care for their customers total satisfaction. Thanks Gardenia Florist, you're the Best!!

Negative experience: Although the shop was emprty and it was not closing time I got the distinct impression that my appearance was an annoyance. Basically, they told me the price of their "seasonal bouquets" and to email my order within the next week: despite my daughter's wedding still 9 weeks away. Perhaps because I had my gardening clothes on, I didn't look "posh enough" to afford them!

Fantastic experience: A fantastic florist!! One of the only florists open in a Monday in Ballarat, easy to access on your drive in or out of town, and the service was amazing. The florist transformed some flowers I liked into an absolute masterpiece! When I took my bouquet of wonderful natives into the hospital, I had several compliments as I was walking in about how magnificent these flowers looked and how lucky the recipient was to get them. The photos don’t do these justice! They had a lovely fresh smell to them and brightened the day of my sick mother.

I always dreamed of having huge floral installations hanging from the ceiling and it blew me away what they created. It looked like a dream The whole process was effortless and easy, I told the team exactly what I wanted and they created beauty. I was so happy with how everything looked. My flowers were stunning and the ceremony was everything I'd ever dreamed of. I wanted a classic white theme, simple and elegant and I loved all of it! Thank so much for making my photos as picturesque as they are. I can't recommend the team there more! Love!

Fantastic experience: I visited Gardenia Magnifica in Ballarat yesterday. Upon entering the beautiful store I was greeted by 3 staff members who were all busy preparing bouquets but immediately attended to me. Such lovely service, they were happy to prepare a fresh bouquet for me to suit my budget and it was all done within 10 mins. I wish I had taken a photo but they hit my request soo beautifully. 5 Stars! If they had a store in Melbourne I would definitely use them again more regularly.
