Fantastic experience: Will definitely use for my next flower delivery. The florist went out of her way and called to offer an extra flower in lieu of a romantic card (flowers were for a friend). Plus the bouquet was gorgeous.

Fantastic experience: I ordered birthday flowers for my Sister online the day before her birthday. On the morning of her birthday, the flower shop called to tell me that someone (turns out it was my cousin) had ordered the same bouquet the day before and asked if I wanted to still send the same ones or they said they could change it to a different bouquet that still had lots of colour to it. The new bouquet was beautiful! And it was delivered within a few hours. A huge thank you to them for noticing my order would be a duplicate and quickly putting another bouquet together. Great service and very friendly and accommodating staff!

Negative experience: I’ve been going here for years. This year I was in a crunch and grabbed two bouquets from a bucket and paid on the fly as I was in a rush to get home and discover that I had fake flowers made out of some kind of foam. Pretty sad.

Negative experience: We went into the store as we needed a few orders and had some questions, the customer service was horrible and we felt like we were a bother to them and that they didn't want our business. Their loss, we found another beautiful flower store which took time to help us and we placed ALL our orders there instead. Edit: looking at the other reviews I have to admit I am shocked that many had the same issue as us when going into the store. Clearly this was not a “one off” situation as it seems to happen more than any business should ever allow. I have also attached their first response to this review and when I checked it today they have changed it. Please do yourself a favour and find another location for your floral needs.

She immediately took steps to identify how it could have happened and replaced the roses. The floral arrangement was very beautifully put together, and the owner was exceptional. Fantastic experience: UPDATE - After my initial review, Lori’s Hearts and Flowers reached out to address my concerns. I appreciated the follow-up and the effort to improve the situation. While the original arrangement didn’t meet my expectations, I respect that they took the time to respond and make things right. That kind of customer service matters. What I ordered is in the first picture and what my friend got is the second picture. I think there are very few flowers and feel like it is mostly greenery that was sent. Overall I am disappointed.

Negative experience: I had a really bad experience trying to get some flowers from this shop. When I walked in the person at the cash desk seemed really annoyed that I was even there. Maybe they were busy with other work but their behaviour seemed unnecessary (the shop was empty) After I picked the bouquet I wanted I asked 'Can I get these wrapped?' she proceeded to grab the flowers toss them on the counter and say 'they all get wrapped, it's all ready for you' in a really weird, mean tone. I didn't feel too good after that so I told her I didn't need the flowers and left. Even if you're having the worst day in the world there's ways you should treat and talk to people.

Negative experience: Unfortunately my experience wasn’t great. The flowers looked like I bough them from Costco, not a custom bouquet for 85 dollars. Charged me upfront without a chance to arrange the flowers by the look of it. So you don’t know what you paying for, not regular experience I am used to. Flowers not fresh, pretty limited choice. I guess whatever behind the glass is for events, so you can’t get stuff from there. Bouquet was also not tided together, no flower food left, nothing. Worse than if I would by from local metro. Never had such a bad experience at flower shop, and I buy my wife flowers every few month, so I have seen a lot of shops.

I am APPALLED at the other reviewers simply giving a one star review because one of their friends had a bad experience, only the person that had the experience should make a review. I agree with the other reviewer in saying that kind of behaviour amounts to nothing more than bullying. I STRONGLY recommend this company to anyone looking for a great LOCAL company to support. And please remember, EVERYONE has a bad day from time to time. UPDATE NOVEMBER 2024 - My review above still stands. I have used them multiple times since I left the original review and they always live up to this standard, still HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Fantastic experience: Lori went out of her way to accommodate my needs to get 2 fresh cut bouquets of flowers for a double 65th birthday celebration I was attending in an hour. I didn't realize they closed at 5pm and I pulled in the parking lot at 5:01pm. They had just locked up and closed for the day. They reopened the storefront to get me the flowers I needed. I will definitely go back in the future. Now that's customer service. Thanks again Lori!!

Positive experience: Not a great customer service experience. Arrived at 425p for a small arrangement. Was told they close at 5 so typically don't take customers past 4pm. I decided to purchase a premade arrangement and asked if they could include a card I had brought with me. Was told no. It could crush the flowers so I was best to do that myself. Finally after payment I asked if they could wrap the box, was told no again as they don't do that this time of year due to outside temperature. As a business owner in the service industry, you don't say no three times to customers within a 5 minute time span. Won't be back. Flowers were beautiful.

My (now) husband went in over a year ago to ask what colour a specific rose was as it had been the colour he got me for our first date. Later I went in to order my wedding bouquet, and not only did they remember him, they made me a gorgeous bouquet that saved my day from near disaster. Yesterday was our first wedding anniversary and I just can’t stop staring. 12 incredibly long stem Queen Berry roses packed with so much greenery and baby’s breath. It’s massive and stunning and brings me almost to tears thinking about my wonderful husband and our relationship. Are they more expensive than a grocery store bouquet? Yes. Is it worth it to support a local, family owned, small business? YES! The quality is so obviously leagues above a $20 bunch of stems from a Walmart bucket. We’ll never go anywhere else for flowers ❤️

Positive experience: Ordered a flower arrangement last minute on line Easter Weekend for a Birthday girl. They called me about 15 minutes after placing the order to report the arrangement I ordered was sold out but they could make a different one or they would refund my money. I asked to do the best they could, and they did a great job. I was amazed that the arrangement was delivered a couple hours later! Negative experience: Flowers are beautiful and reasonably priced. The staff is unfriendly and can be rude. Don’t greet you when you come in barley say a word to you at the cash. When you ask a question you get a rude answer back. Need to hire more friendly staff who care about doing there job!!!!
