Negative experience: Went in there to get a bouquet but I stood in the front for more than 10 minutes and no one showed up. When I finally decided to see if someone in the store. I saw someone in back but they were not happy and was having bad day I think and was just swearing and throwing stuff in the back. I decided to quickly walk away.

Negative experience: Extremely dangerous driving. Just almost got run off the road on the 407, I saw her racing up behind me - before I could move over a lane she had already switched and started coming into my lane before safely passing. She must’ve been doing 140 at least. No flower delivery is worth putting yours and others lives at risk. Too bad the OPP officer just ahead was busy with someone else. Got your license plate.

Positive experience: Bought and paid for a dozen roses. There was only 11 wrapped. It's not like I asked them to count higher than 12. For $75 a dozen, actually counting to 12 isn't too much to ask.

Fantastic experience: It was our 40th wedding anniversary and we received a floral arrangement, a vase of premium red roses and a beautiful orchid and anthurium plant all supplied by Lasting Expressions Floral Design. Each and every arrangement was so lovely and so fresh! We displayed the arrangements at our party and received many compliments. At Lasting Expressions Floral Design they are not just floral arrangers, they are floral artists. I will definately be going to Lasting Expressions Floral Design for all my floral needs.

Negative experience: I’m sure (maybe) their flowers are great, but either their time management sucks or they’re just an extremely aggressive driver. I just had to slam on my breaks after being cut off by their delivery car going east on Taunton. They then proceeded to use the turning lane in the middle of the road for about 200 metres before cutting back onto Taunton. Maybe slow down or think twice before advertising your business on a car you’re using to put people’s lives at risk.

Fantastic experience: First class service, I ordered from Northern Ireland, for the flowers to be delivered to my Aunt & Uncle who live a short distance from the store , within 3 hours of ordering them , they where delivered, and they where very pleased, so as I say 1st Class service

Negative experience: Stay off the roads when they drive. This delivery car was speeding up and slowing down, weaving between cars in dense traffic with no room and without using a blinker. She almost caused several accidents in the short time frame she was near us and we had to slam on the brakes twice as she’d cut us off so that she wouldn’t clip us. It may be time to think about investing in driving school for your employees….

Negative experience: Don’t order from this store. The florist is rude she kicked me out of the store and yelled at me when I complained about the wedding bouquet she made for me. I showed her a picture and she game me a word that she’ll do something very similar to it but she started making something different than what i wanted. Not to mention the high price they charged us $200 for a bad bouquet. They didn’t even last for one day they started dying four hours after and they turned yellow. I was holding it the entire day feeling ashamed of how bad they looked. They treat customers very badly, the lady who made the bouquet kicked us out saying that we don’t have return policy and that she doesn’t want to replace it with another good quality bouquet. So disappointing never recommending this place to anyone.

Fantastic experience: The customer service that I received on the phone and in person was excellent. The gentleman was extremely helpful and accommodating when helping me choose flowers for a cake. The flowers were beautiful. I will definitely be a repeat customer. I look forward to going back and looking at all of the other items that they carry as well.

Negative experience: I ordered the Sweetly Scented Pinks flowers (total cost $169.43) for a 100th birthday celebration. Unfortunately what was delivered was nothing like the picture shown on the website. I've E-Mailed twice now to express my extreme disappointment but as yet I have received no response. Photo's illustrate the differences.

Negative experience: Beautiful flowers arrived, however there were no freesias, so was disappointed that the main and favorite flower that was requested in the 'sweet freesia basket' did not have any.

Fantastic experience: Odered an Arrangement for my wife on our anniversary, which also happens to be Valentine's. They came in a timely fashion and she just loved them. These folks always do a great job as they also did our flowers for our Wedding 20 years ago.

Fantastic experience: I ordered some flowers for my mother. I called them from the other side of Canada. The employee was great assisting me with the transaction. The flowers arrived on time and exceeded expectations. Thank you again for brightening this elderly woman's day.

Negative experience: Pretty horrible customer service! I ordered a Love Bloom floral arrangement + a scented candle and socks to be delivered to Ajax before 11am. The owner / floral designer agreed. She never explained that Ajax deliveries are not scheduled for a certain time. Because the arrangement was custom made I also requested a photo of the arrangement to be texted to me. The day of delivery comes and it is 12:45pm and I haven't received any notification that the floral arrangement was delivered. So I simply called Lasting Expressions to receive confirmation. The employee had no idea. The manager on site had no idea. They were giving me 3 different times. I simply wanted to know if my arrangement safely delivered and it took 4 separate conversations in order to verify the delivery time. I was pretty frustrated so on the last conversation the manager offered me a $25 refund for poor satisfaction. Fast forward 3 days,the owner of the flower shop calls me to clarify what happened and she blamed me for causing grief with her employees. She consistently cut me off while I was talking and raising her voice over me. Instead of apologizing the owner decided to over rule the $25 refund and prohibits me returning to her business. Overall, horrible experience for something so minor. 1. When was my floral arrangement delivered?

Negative experience: If I could give zero stars I would. After reading facebook reviews, I think I have dodged a bullet. I have been looking for a florist for my wedding this summer since this past JULY, I have filled out their online questionnaire (multiple times) at the end, it states someone will contact you. Needless to say, noone ever contacted me. so now I have been feeling anxious, I had no flowers, I walked into the shop thinking that is the only way to actually speak to someone, only to be told the owner is not there. There were 3 people in the shop and apparently none of them could assist. I was told to come back on a specific date. I couldn't because I was working that day so figured I would go back that weekend. Sunday was my only free day, their online website showed open until 2pm so I think, great! I will go before 2 I get there, closed Sundays. the big plaza sign states open Sundays until 4pm. I finally get a phone call from the owner for an appointment just this past Monday for noon. I feel a sense of relief, as I am now panicking that I still do not have flowers. Then on Friday I receive a call saying something came up can I go at 2pm instead. of course I can, no problem! 2pm I am back at the shop, a gentleman at the cashier asks if I need help, I tell him I am there for a 2pm wedding flower appointment, he has no idea what I am talking about and tells me there is no way the owner will be there for 2pm as she's in Toronto. I dont think I need to go on about the onslaught of emotions that I had to squash down. so today is Tuesday and I have not heard from the owner. No explanation, no apology, no rescheduled appointment...I do realize and understand that emergencies happen, however, despite the gentleman at the cashier taking down my information(which by the way he also tells me that the owner would PROBABLY call me about a month before my wedding date) I can not help but feel that she disrespected me and is very unprofessional. I am happy to say however that I DID find another florist, today in fact, and I have ordered (and paid for in full) and I feel confident that my flowers will be beautiful and my anxiety is gone.
