Fantastic experience: I received a surprise delivery of flowers yesterday from Flowers by Veronika. The woman that delivered them was friendly and so sweet. They were packaged beautifully. When I opened them I was pleasantly surprised at how beautiful they were. It was literally the most beautiful flower delivery I’ve ever had and I’ve had a lot. The flowers were so vibrant and fresh and the bouquet was huge (apparently it was the standard size!). I would highly recommend this florist.

Positive experience: I ordered the Graceful Embrace (Deluxe) $113 including delivery and tax. , My friend’s mother pasted away. The picture in the website was mainly white and some pink but what my friend received something else less bright. I know it would be seasonal flowers but I was hoping for more white and shaped better since I paid more. Next time I will add special instructions.

Negative experience: Received a very beautiful arrangement for my birthday on Wednesday October 1st and by the morning of Friday October 3rd the flowers were dying and rotten and fruit flies flew out in a swarm when I picked up the arrangement off my kitchen table. Very disappointing as I’m sure they were not cheap. I understand flowers don’t live forever but I didn’t even have them for 48 hours before having to take them out of my house. I’ve had $10 grocery store bouquets last a week.

Fantastic experience: Outstanding Service! I ordered a delivery for a family member in the area. They were able to deliver same day, and went above and beyond to ensure she recieved the flowers (with the delivery driver even texting her to ensure she was available when they were delivered). The arrangment itself was stunning and my family member was in awe with the vase and arrangments. I would absolutely order from Flowers by Veronika again!

Negative experience: I emailed my concerns but they do not answer complaints. A funeral arrangement message was completely messed up by them. They did not even reach out to double check the message evn though i called prior to confirm if they did a specific thing for the message and they confirm on phone yes, and that i could arrange online. I mistake.

However my boyfriend got me a really nice bday arrangement and I felt like the flowers came already dying and I've only had them for a few days . I am sure it's a one off though .

She turned 92 yesterday, and the family wanted to send her something to mark the day. Heather was phenomenal in helping me decide on what to send. My aunt hasn't stopped smiling since she received the flowers. The bouquet is gorgeous, and joyful (if flowers can be joyful - I believe they can, especially when they're arranged so beautifully!). Negative experience: I ordered my sister birthday flowers today and I picked the largest size .. And this is what she ended up with.. I am very, very disappointed . This is not the arrangement that I ordered. Terrible they look nothing alike.. And the one in the left Is the small and we paid for the largest size.

Fantastic experience: I purchased flowers on quite short notice (on a Thursday for a Saturday delivery). The supplier didn't have exactly what I had ordered off the website, so I received a nice email offering an alternative. They contacted me promptly and were able to make a swap for something else and I think it turned out even more beautiful than what I originally ordered. The recipient loved them and everything looked lush and fresh and even had a good amount of flowers scattered throughout that had not quite opened to give it good longevity so she'll be able to enjoy it as they open over the coming days. Highly recommend.

Negative experience: This place has the most disrespectful and unprofessional people working there. I ordered a flower for a graduation ceremony which I gave a lot of instructions on the phone and they didn’t follow any of them. I went to the store for a refund with the flower. The owner was very disrespectful and was cursing and yelling at me with her another man coworker. They tried to intimidate me together. I’ve never seen a customer service as worse as this place.

Negative experience: DOUBLE CHARGED - I placed an online order to celebrate Father's Day this past weekend (Teleflora's Cool Camper Succulent Garden + 1 mylar balloon). My dad and I live a couple hours away from each other, so I looked online for a local flower shop to support and found Flowers by Veronika. The delivery was on Friday at 5pm and to our disappointment, they forgot the balloon, which was an additional $5.99 + tax! I called the phone number they have listed, however they were closed (5:15pm), so I left a message. The owner called me back the following day (Saturday) to apologize and offered to deliver the balloon, but she said it wouldn't be until late that evening - my father was not going to be home at that time, so I asked her to just refund the difference to my credit card, which she replied "no problem - I can do that"... Unfortunately, when I checked my posted transactions on Monday, I had been charged twice for my order - $82.47 on Friday June 16th + $67.78 on Saturday June 17th. I called first thing yesterday morning, no answer, so I left a message. It's been over 24 hours and I still haven't heard back from the owner, or received a refund. UPDATE: I received a refund 6 days later without a follow-up phone call or apology, as the owner stated in their response. I was left to wait for a refund with no communication whatsoever. When mistakes are made by a business, customer service should be the top priority. It is upsetting that the owner took the time to respond to my review with a incorrect explanation for potential future customers to see, but did not feel it was necessary to reach out to me in the meantime. Very unprofessional. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

Negative experience: I ordered the deluxe Valentine’s Day special bouquet online for my fiancé and was surprised by the smaller size and quantity of flowers. When I received it I thought there must have been a mistake; from my experience a $100 bouquet is usually 2-3x bigger than what I got. I had to stop somewhere else and grab another arrangement for the occasion. In the future I'll be sure to save myself the hassle and not buy sight-unseen, as I have never had such a disappointing bouquet purchase before.

Fantastic experience: I want to share my recent experience, where Veronika personally contacted me as she was short on items for an order - I explained the preference, then she made it work. After she made the extra effort, as it turns out, she found out at the time of delivery that my recipient had recently moved. She called me personally to notify me, offered to refund my order without me asking and was quite kind about the whole thing. It was really nice to speak with someone with that integrity and I hope to have the opportunity to give her business soon.

What? No thanks. Cancelled order & ordered a nicer arrangement for less money from Reeds. I passed on my savings in the form of a better delivery tip.
