Fantastic experience: Murtons did flowers for my mum’s funeral and from start to finish the whole process was very easy and we felt everything “was taken care of”. We asked for daffodils and if they could be sourced, knowing we’re in January so we understood it was a harder request, but we got to the day and we had vases that had daffodils in them. All full of life and mixed with other “cheerful” flowers. This completely brought our idea to life and we’re so grateful for the beautiful flowers & service Murtons provided. Thank you ☺️

The spray I ordered for a funeral was just perfect, the spray was beautiful and better than we expected, the ordering process on line was easy, and the spray was delivered to the service on time making the difficult process of ordering flowers to a loved one’s funeral stress free and seamless. Fantastic experience: I will continue to use Murtons going forward due to the outstanding quality of their flowers and also the service I have received. You guys really know what you're doing and that needs to be recognised. I have had these flowers for NINE DAYS - and they still look absolutely beautiful. I cannot understand why more people don't use Murtons Florists. They absolutely hands-down beat the likes of a pigeon that's supposed to be funky and a pig that lives on the moon online seller every single time. Especially with the handwritten note too - such a personal touch. *Please note - I took the picture at 10:45 on Sunday November 16 - after having had them for nine days already*

Negative experience: I ordered some flowers for the Birth of my granddaughter. These were very special as she was born just after my mum passed away. I discussed this with the staff member who took my order. The card that was sent with the flowers was terrible. No care, thought, or even grammar or punctuation was used. Written in pencil on both sides of the card. As discussed with the manager, the flowers die and the sentiment and cards are kept to mark such a beautiful yet poignant occasion. I was told that everyone has a different style of writing and I was only offered a small refund that wasn’t even half of what i paid. I’ve uploaded the card so see for yourselves. Whoever is writing these cards out needs to realise this is a really important part of the gift. It’s not just about flowers. Very disappointed with the service and response from management.

Sharna and her team went above and beyond for us and the results speak for themselves. Our flowers fitted our pastel colour scheme perfectly and were incredibly beautiful, interesting and unique. They are also still going strong! I especially loved our wonderful medium sized centre piece. Sharna was always friendly, kind, personable and available for any meetings, advice and suggestions and we can’t thank her enough!

Positive experience: Love this place for fresh fruit & veg and the best eggs you can get locally. Have also had fruit baskets and wreaths made up here which are beautifully put together and very reasonably priced. Nice selection of flowers and seasonal plants and a good few shelves of nuts, seeds and the like. Staff are very friendly too. Only downer is the odd occasion when it's difficult to park but nothing they can do about this... worth doing a few laps to get in eventually.
