Fantastic experience: First time we used Emma’s Florist this weekend and we were not disappointed. I called up in the week, gave our budget and some guidance as was parents ruby wedding anniversary so wanted more reds and pinks. Picked them up Saturday and was honestly so happy with them. My mum loved them. Not to mention such a friendly welcome into the floristry. Also extremely reasonable prices. We definitely will be using again for our flowers in the future. Fantastic experience: Our family has used Emma’s florists a few times now for various occasions and ive always been so impressed with her flowers and service and this last wreath was also perfect! The flowers were beautiful and put together perfectly! Very reasonably priced not that that is a factor for a loved one but with this economy it definitely helps and they were delivered directly to the funeral home promptly the morning of the funeral.Thank you so much ladies you will definitely see me again ♥️♥️

Negative experience: I was very disappointed with my order from Emma’s Florist. The bouquet I received looked nothing like the one shown in the picture online, and one of the roses arrived broken. For the price paid, I expected much better quality and attention to detail. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this florist based on my experience.

Fantastic experience: I had to send a wreath to my sister as her husband passed away. I am in Tokyo and almost impossible to travel to the funeral. I was informed the wreath was beautiful. Furthermore, the florist was very helpful with the delivery in the morning of the funeral as my order was placed late. Wonderful caring owner of the florist. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Emma and her team are incredible. From the first appointment I had with Emma, I knew that my day was in her trusty hands. I had no idea what my vision was but told her my theme and she came through with the goods. Emma and her team are just so proud of what they do and it shows in their work. Fantastic experience: Emma and her team gave our recent wedding at Woolverstone a really creative splash of colour with all the beautiful flowers. From large arrangements, table decorations, bouquets right through to the buttonholes everything was vibrant and perfect for the day. Negative experience: Poor quality plant sent by post. My daughter will have paid for this gift for me. The leaves had holes in and were dead and tatty at the ends, with some lazy efforts to cut off the ends of leaves. The plants bent and wilting. It was on its last legs. Should be ashamed of yourselves. You think you can fet away with it because it's by post and the person paying for the gift will never find out. Lowdown behaviour. Offloading old plants onto flowers by post... tut tut

Fantastic experience: Emma's florist did the flowers for my wedding in July. They were amazing, we had a meeting with Emma a few months before and from the proposal to the day everything was flawless. They carefully transported the flowers from the church to the reception and made everywhere look beautiful. All the bouquets and buttonholes were stunning and we had so many compliments on the flowers. A huge thank you, we would definitely recommend Emma's florist.

Everything was perfect from start to finish and the level of customer service is just outstanding. They even stayed behind during the ceremony to swap around the flowers for the reception! Negative experience: Would not recommend they just dumped the flowers on the side of the road, to be left to spoil in 33 degrees. Some flowers were broken others were brown and drooping etc. I have ordered from them twice. First time peonies were droopy but I assumed it was a one off so I ordered again. I was refused a refund and met with excuses. I wouldn’t recommend them at all, they don’t take accountability or try to resolve the issue and they ruined the experience when I sent them to my mum. Receiving flowers is a nice experience which was ruined by these people who charged and refuse refund.

Fantastic experience: A massive thank you to Emma and her team for our amazing wedding flowers. The whole process from start to finish was very smooth and we couldn’t have asked for better results. We were amazed to see what she had done to the room, and how she transformed it from the ceremony to the wedding breakfast. Everybody at the wedding loved the flowers and said how they made the day even more special. We can’t recommend Emma enough, thank you for everything.

Fantastic experience: Just had to say a massive thank you to Emma for the most beautiful funeral heart for my mum. The funeral was today and when I first saw it in the hearse I was so happy it looked amazing. The flowers were open pink and lilac roses with a pink edged ribbon. My daughters also ordered a beautiful purple and cream wreath which was also stunning. I would highly recommend Emma’s florist for their great service and beautiful flowers.

Fantastic experience: I've used these guys for the last few years to deliver flowers to my aunty as I live 5hrs away. The staff are always so lovely and my aunty always loves what they make up! The Christmas wreaths especially are gorgeous and last for ages!

Fantastic experience: Attention to detail is so very important to give the best service, Emma’s have this in bucket fulls, really friendly and all staff are polite and helpful. Emma herself is extremely knowledgeable and tells it just how it is , no waffle!!! If you want the best look no further than here. UPDATE: Our Sons wedding to Sapphira took place on 5th April 2024 at Milsoms Kesgrave To say the floral displays, bridal and bridesmaids bouquets, corsages and button holes, hair pieces for bride and bridesmaids, and bouquet s for us Mums, was amazingly beautiful, fresh and designed to reflect the choice of the Secret Graden as Sapphira’s wished. Every single detail was perfect, we could not have wished for a more stunning display . Being the very beginning of April the favourite flower of the Bride was Peonies and she would have liked to have them incorporated into her choice, Emma explained that they were not hopeful of being able to source them, … guess what they were there I am so grateful to Emma for her efforts which I am sure Sapphira was surprised!!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely incredible Florist. Emma and her team were so easy to deal with and made arranging the flowers for our wedding day a breeze! The bouquets, button holes and Pew ends were so beautiful but the real showstopper was the flower archway; what a masterpiece and totally worth the very reasonable price. Emma and her team were there to move the archway (just with girl power and a 4 wheel drive), from the woodland where we had our ceremony to the main barn and we couldn't have been more grateful for the effort the girls put in to make it all happen so smoothly and also to go unnoticed by the guests - outstanding service all round, cannot recommend this team more . Fantastic experience: As a wedding and events planner, I worked with Emma on planning wedding floristry for my lovely clients wedding day held at Hengrave Hal in May 2023l. Emma was amazing, not only was she lovely to work with and so knoweldgable but the flowers she created for the day were simply stunning! the church, bridal party flowers and venue floristry were beautiful, they were exactly what the bride and groom wanted and envisioned for their day. We’re London based and our wedding was in Suffolk; dealing remotely with Emma was a total breeze, communication faultless (shout out to her PA Barbara too!). Everything about Emma's service was very smooth from the first meeting, to follow ups to other communications. Fantastic experience: Possibly the most beautiful bouquet of flowers I’ve ever received.

Negative experience: Ordered the heart and soul flowers. Not as described. Should come with a lovely heart and gorgeous cream gift bag. Ran out because of mother's day which I understand but the heart and gift bag was why I ordered that one because it looked so beautiful. Just a cheap looking heart in a cardboard box. Also had a special message for my mum as we are celebrating mother's day this weekend no message at all. Can't justify spending £35 at all. Flowers are lovely though

Fantastic experience: Thank you for the beautiful flowers! I placed the order online in the morning and the flowers were delivered to my cousin the same day in the afternoon. I made a mistake during the order, and Jo helped to rectify it, so the birthday girl got her flowers in the end. P.S. Fantastic experience: I emailed Emma via the website on a sunday daytime (they are closed Sundays) asking if I placed an order could it be delivered next day by a certain time. I was expecting to get a reply after 930am the following day when they opened but to my delight Emma emailed me back and said that it would be possible! I looked through the online options followed the easy process and places my order, the next day the flowers in all their glory were delivered to my gf and she was overwhelmed and overjoyed with them and when I personally saw them I was to say the least pleasantly surprised! I will be using Emma's again !!

Fantastic experience: We would like to say a very big thank you to Emma for all of her help with our wedding flowers. They couldn't have been more perfect and were exactly what we wanted! Emma was also able to create a hair comb for me and some individual pieces for the bridesmaids hair. Emma was so helpful from the start and explained everything in so much detail. We will definitely be back if we need flowers in the future!

Negative experience: I must say i am extremely disappointed. This place came so highly recommended and i am sorry to say that i do not see why. I entered the shop to be greeted with a smiley face until i said what i wanted. I was then told to wait whilst they got someone else to speak to me. I was then greeted by someone who was obviously inconvenienced by our visit. I tried explaining that i wanted a small bouquet of flowers for a wedding 8 weeks away but i didnt have any idea of the type of thing i was after. I am not a flourist and was simply seeking guidance. I totally understand about being booked up and had i of been told it wouldnt have been doable, i would have understood. Instead i was met with a snotty response that i would need a consultation to discuss all the wedding flowers i would like, despite explaining a second time that i simply wanted one small bouquet. Planning a wedding is a stressful time and for a company that is supposed to pride themselves on customer service, that was not apparent today. I don’t see why i couldnt have been told a little bit about different types of flowers, what works best etc. i understand this would likely be covered in the consultation but why not help me start to think about what i want? They clearly did not want to help me. I am gutted, deeply disappointed and left feeling bad for inconveniencing and not knowing what i wanted. Even my 4 children commented on how rude the lady was. Safe to say that i will not be setting foot in that place again.

Fantastic experience: Emma's recently did the flowers for my wedding, and they were absolutely perfect! Our wedding was postponed twice due to covid, but the staff were so understanding and supportive, and kept regular contact during those extra couple of years. This isn't the first time we have used Emma's to get flowers for an event, and every time they are exactly what we wish for. All of the staff are extremely friendly, and helpful, and I don't have a single bad word to say about my experiences with Emma's.

Emma also provided the centre with it's Christmas trees and garland for the cafe' area, which were simply stunning! Fantastic experience: Emma stepped in and rescued us at the last minute when we found ourselves without a florist for the wedding. She was absolutely fantastic, she really knows her stuff and the flowers were gorgeous! On the day she made multiple trips back and forwards for us to make sure everything was perfect and it truly was - from the button holes, to table flowers, pew ends to flower crowns and especially the bride and bridesmaids bouquets, they were all stunning! Negative experience: I would never use these again we order two lots of flowers for my dad's funeral and neither of them were right we asked for no extra flowers on our name one and they choose to put extra blue on when we said we didn't want them then the day before the funeral they ring us up saying if we wanted our other one saying grandads gone fishing we had to pay another 80 as they never quoted us right knowing we had to pay as couldn't go else where the day before to hen on the day the lettering is all different sizes and not straight I have kept photos as proof as it's not right and want people to know how they work never again ....... And will tell everyone I know not to go there ......

Fantastic experience: What can I say other than WOW! Emma did our wedding flowers September 2021 and they were amazing. She did our centrepieces, bridal and bridesmaid and flowergirls bouquets as well as buttonholes/corsages. The details and effort that went into the flowers was exceptional. We got so many compliments on the flowers and I was truly in love with all of the arrangements provided. The price was also brilliant compared with other florists and the service provided was absolutely amazing. Negative experience: Messed up my daughter’s 16th birthday balloons on a grand scale. Mismatched colours, got the order all wrong. Refused to refund 50% which I’d have accepted. Unapologetic and unfriendly non-customer focussed service. DREADFUL!

Fantastic experience: I recently had one of Emma's wreath making kits and it was amazing. The box was beautifully packaged and I had everything I needed (and more) inside to make a stunning wreath and the instructions were very clear. I have also been lucky enough to receive a couple of bouquets as gifts recently and they have been beautiful and lasted for ages! I highly recommend Emma's Florist.

Fantastic experience: Although unable to do one this Christmas, I have attended wreath making workshops in previous years and absolutely loved them! Negative experience: 1* which I was forced into so that I can post this review. My way- a star doesn't exist for this florist. Definitely AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!! Emma Felgate claims "We are a florist that goes the extra mile. We deliver fresh flower bouquets to your door!" Only her colleague didn't go the extra mile to find the house name as claimed it was too dark despite being 2:30pm - I know it's winter but REALLY! Anyone else find this a laugh? And as for fresh flowers, you've got it all wrong! Your joking aren't you. I paid £7.95 for them to be delivered as a surprise for my colleague and are currently still in the shop. This service is absolutely terrible and a so called professional Emma is a professionally sarcastic Emma. I will not be going here again and heads up if you are planning to get married - I suggest you go elsewhere! I hope you enjoy this review Emma as much as I enjoyed your service - less than 1*.

Negative experience: Quality of the flowers aren't good , and as it's dark inside you don't notice immediately

Negative experience: Horrible experience, a few years ago now but have never forgotten it - nor paid so much for so little. I dealt with the owner, who was surly and unhelpful, and clearly couldn't have cared less whether I bought flowers or not. I was in a rush to buy an arrangement for a sick colleague. I now wish I'd told this woman where to stick her flowers, and her lousy (and very expensive) service. Would never go back under any circumstances.
