Fantastic experience: We booked Mandy and the team at Christine's to put together the flowers for our wedding. Every single bouquet, button hole, candelabra, and hoop/arch were absolutely stunning. They added so much vibrancy to our venue and day, and we could not have asked for more - so breathtaking, and our guests were very complimentary of the work and skill that went in to putting them all together! I have attached photos below as I don't think my review alone can really do them justice! Service was professional and hassle-free throughout our planning process too, and we found everyone we spoke with to be friendly and helpful. We would 100% recommend Christine's for any of your floristry needs. They absolutely smashed the assignment!!!

Fantastic experience: Popped in the shop and ordered a bunch of flowers for my friends birthday, asked for an all white bouquet and if they could be popped in a vase I'd purchased myself. The lovely lady who served me did a beautiful job, they looked fantastic and the flowers arrived to my friend under 2 hours of me popping into the shop. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: I always use Christine's when ordering flowers to be sent to my Mum. The quality of the flowers are amazing and last so much longer than the cheaper flowers you pick up at the supermarket so it makes them amazing value for money. The attached picture are flowers that I bought for Mother's Day two weeks ago, they still look as fresh as they did they day I picked them up.

Fantastic experience: We went to Christine on our wedding day to ask for a wedding bouquet and button holes at the last minute, as the ones we had ordered from elsewhere were not suitable. Christine was able to deliver a wonderful bouquet and button holes to us that same morning! The bouquet was beautiful, the flowers were perfectly arranged and all the colours were just what I wanted. Everything was high quality and professionally delivered. I could not be happier with the quality and service I received and would recommend Christine to anyone who wants high quality flowers.

Fantastic experience: I ordered a bouquet of roses and fresias for my wife's birthday. I had never used Christine's before. I was pleased the bouquet was delivered first thing on the day I had requested, and by a very friendly driver. The bouquet looked even better than the picture on the website. The flowers were fresh and really nice quality. It came in its own nice glass vase. My wife was truly delighted. It was not cheap but for the quality of the flowers and the excellent delivery, it was good value. I am pleased I didn't go with one of the national franchises advertising discounts. I will definitely use Christine's from now on and will be recommending this shop to friends and colleagues.

Negative experience: Beautiful flowers but I cannot believe that they had the audacity to open my front door when I didn't answer. The lady had the justification of 'it was open'. Not how I expect any one to deliver anything especially when they had been advised to leave them in a covered area outside for me to collect when I was dressed. What was meant to be a lovely get well soon surprised from my partner was marred by this intrusion.

Fantastic experience: Arranged some very last minute flowers after Interflora let me down with same delivery (despite what their website says). Flowers were delivered 2 hours after ordering, and were even better than I hoped. Almost 2 weeks later they're still looking good. Christine's Florist exceeded my expectations across the board, and I will recommend them to anybody.

Negative experience: Had a wonderful surprise from my husband who sent 12 red roses to my workplace for my birthday But sadness to say that they only lasted 5 days, expensive roses that didn’t last very long ☹️

Fantastic experience: An amazing addition to my wedding! The florist staff were brilliant, they arrived on time to my venue to help me decorate my marquee. I do not have any floral knowledge, I only knew which colours I wanted. They assisted in helping me find seasonal flowers to match my colour scheme. They were so helpful, giving advice when I needed and going above and beyond to make my venue stunning. My guests were amazed with the flowers and decor they had put up. I gave my flower arrangements away to family after the event and they couldn’t believe how long the flowers lasted after. I also left the church arrangements in the church and was told that the community enjoyed the flowers for weeks after. If I could give more stars, I would! Thank you Christine’s Florist!

Negative experience: Disgusting customer service Went to this florist today to pick up a few bits... got told off for not waiting next to the entrance for someone to attend to me... I have been to this shop several times and have never been informed of this and all of a sudden I am getting told off by someone... my partner also walked in after me and one of the ladies said “and here’s another one” and told him to go and wait next to the entrance not knowing we were together! You just don’t talk to paying customers like that! I appreciate an incident had happened the week before but there were no signs stating to wait at the entrance for someone to attend to you! Here’s a suggestion maybe you need to keep the door locked!!! “Reasoning of this situation” you were being plain rude! You informed me of the attack, I apologised but then my partner walked in and you were being rude about it! Maybe take some time off work if your not ready to be back at work! Talking to customers in that manner is not the done thing!

Negative experience: expensive delivery was £5 ish before now £10.50 for 9 miles not be using again make it very expensive to send flower using this company

Negative experience: Received an arrangement from their anniversary range (circle of love) and many people have commented that it looks like a funeral bouquet and I have to agree - nothing like the picture on their Web site....my poor hubby was mortified. I think he chose them based on the name but he has paid a lot for what is, in the main, a lot of white carnations. This arrangement should definitely be re - named and listed under their funeral offerings.
