Fantastic experience: Ordered flowers from Hopmarket twice now and both times been over the moon!! Both occasions were for my mum, one a Christmas bouquet, I asked if they could put baubles in there which they did and they were beautiful. I ordered my mum flowers today for Mother’s Day and specified what she liked and they delivered. My mum said they were the most beautiful bouquet of flowers she’s ever seen. I will continue ordering with hopmarket in the future.

I’ve sent inspiration pictures to Julie and she has replicated them and they always look stunning! above and beyond customer service. They work out of a workshop now so there is no physical store but if you ring up they can do deliveries in worcester or pickup in hallow.

Fantastic experience: I ordered some flowers for my cousin who is being cared for in a hospice and the flowers prepared for her were “truly stunning” and “smelt gorgeous”. The vase they were prepared in was like a big jam jar and the florist asked about favourite colours, flowers etc to create a truly personalised arrangement. Fantastic experience: Excellent service! My chosen delivery date was a Sunday, normally a day off, but Julie offered to do it anyway. The flowers were exceptional, a Spring bouquet with extra freesia (see photo). And long-lasting. The freesia and lilies are still opening new heads every day. Wonderful colours and shapes!

Fantastic experience: I visited on a busy Saturday morning wanting a bouquet for a friend plus a similar but smaller one for the grave of her recently departed elderly pony. Julie understood the unusual brief instantly and made me 2 beautiful autumnal bouquets on the spot using different berries & tulips for a very reasonable price. I have previously bought houseplants from here & they are all doing very well, especially the Monstera which is now huge!

Negative experience: Purchased a Spring Planter Basket well in advance of the required day. On the day, a bunch of cut flowers was delivered. I contacted Hopmarket Flowers for an explanation and received no reply. Would not recommend this florist at all. Would give no stars if that was a choice. There's a good chance you won't get what you paid for and there is no communication.

Fantastic experience: I ordered flowers to be delivered to a relative from Hopmarket website. I had a phone call within an hour to say my original choice was unavailable, the lady was lovely and went through available options. I chose a bouquet of seasonal flowers, they arrived on time and beautifully presented. I would definitely recommend

Negative experience: Placed an order on-line a week ahead of the occasion (for my mum’s birthday this weekend). The order was not dealt as no delivery turned up on Friday. I phoned up and they stated that they do not deliver to WR6 and ‘this one has slipped through the net’. I am annoyed by this as it would have been good to know that earlier so I could have the time to organise something else. Mum is now upset which is the worst thing. Hopefully the refund will be received soon. I am sorry to say but feel disappointed in the level of none existent service provided.

Fantastic experience: Ordering flowers for a funeral: never fun. However, whoever dealt with me on the phone was absolutely delightful. Understanding and helpful in every way she could be, gently explaining why a wreath was needed for a coffin (obvious when you think about it!) rather than what I had in mind! I needed some flowers to be sent to my daughter in Worcester for her 40th, but due to the time difference ( I live in USA), every store I called that morning told me that they didn't take same-day orders after noon ( I was calling around 9.00 a.m. my time). I talked with Julie, and after some discussion, she promised to deliver flowers/chocolates herself, after the shop closed that evening!!! She was true to her word - thank you SOOOO much, Julie! Negative experience: I was hoping to have resolved the issue without having to write a bad review but unfortunately that hasn’t happened. I ordered a bunch of roses for our 10 year anniversary a week in advance to be told on the day that they only had 6 of the specific roses in stock so they would substitute with other another rose. When the flowers arrived the lady was quite rude and said it’s very hot they have hardly any water left. We had just had another bunch of flowers delivered from another florist which had a substantial amount of water left. We put them straight into water, and they looked nice. The day after, the substituted roses had already started to droop and loose their petals. I messaged Hopmarket flowers and they said they would send another bunch of roses out after delivery on the 13th, it is now the 20th and we still haven’t received anything! I have emailed since and had no reply which is why I felt I had to leave a bad review unfortunately. I paid 60 something pound for these roses and the roses which were substituted were clearly not the highest standard of rose which I had purchased, yet there was no discount offered or apology. I have bought better quality flowers from the supermarket which have lasted much longer!

Negative experience: I've only put one star because it's not possible to put no stars. I'm shocked at the good reviews for this business as our experience has been utterly appalling. Having paid £36.00 to have some flowers delivered on Tues 18th to an address in Worcester - the money was taken, a confirmation email sent, but no flowers were ever received. We have sent multiple emails, made multiple phone calls of which only one was answered when we were assured they'd phone us back in 10 minutes once they'd looked into it - we've received no correspondence at all and they are now not answering their phone. This is theft - they have taken our money and not provided any kind of service. People should avoid this business at all costs - I will be escalating this. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!!!!!

Negative experience: Disappointing. I ordered the ‘Scented Spring Mix’ bouquet for Mother’s Day because I loved the colours shown in the photo on the website. When it arrived, it looked nothing like the online photo. I appreciate that some flowers need to be switched due to availability, but nothing about the delivered bouquet resembled what I had ordered. It was just a couple of yellow roses and some daffodils. Very small and plain. Not what you’d expect for £41.00
