Fantastic experience: I ordered online, with a specific request for a delivery time slot and for a card to carry a birthday poem that was written for the recipient. Lucy and the team more than met the requirements, having provided a confirmatory email on the scheduling the evening before delivery. Not only that, the bouquet was as full of flowers as could be, carefully balanced with flowers that will come out over the next day or two. I cannot recommend this florist any more, worth every penny. Will be kept in mind for all future requests.

Fantastic experience: An all round fantastic flower shop. Been using Kilbury Flowers for years so thought it was about time I left them a review. Used them for birthdays, mothers day and Valentines day for about 15yrs . I don't know much about flower arrangements but they always look very professional and always fresh. They also seem to last ages compared to the sop I used before Staff are great, always friendly and helpful with good suggestions on flowers and how they should be presented. Kilbury Flowers... Keep up the excellent work.

Fantastic experience: Kilbury Flowers I cannot thank you enough you made a very heartbreaking day into something that was so memorable for me and my husband and our friends. This wonderful florist went above and beyond for us in some of our darkest hours. Sadly a few weeks ago our best friends lost their daughter after having multiple losses. Genuinely amazing people that deserve to have children but sadly it hasn't happened for them. They couldn't afford flowers and so those around did their best with what we could afford. My husband and I spoke with Lucy explaining the situation and showed her what we were looking for we explained we didnt have alot of money but if we could get the flowers or similar that we knew our friends wanted we'd appreciate it. Lucy worked with us to create their dream for their baby girl that was within our financial budget. You truly made us all smile and we are so grateful that because of yourselves we were able to give our friends such a precious gift and our God-Daughter the send off she deserved. Thank you so much.

Negative experience: Don't bother. They promise one thing and you get the other. We even gave them 2 black permanent markers to colour the wire in and they didn't do that. Picked the flowers up DAY before MY FATHERS FUNERAL nothing I can do about it now AT 5PM DO NOT TRUST WHAT THEY SAY....... I AM SO SORRY DAD XXXX

Fantastic experience: What a gem. I used Kilbury Flowers for the first time, having googled many flower shops in Worcester. This shop stood out in terms of value for money and the beautiful arrangements and flowers they provide. I had messaged numerous shops on Saturday and had no response, I messaged Jon on Sunday and his immediate response, and obvious care and attention of what flowers I needed, and by when was so rare to see nowadays. I sent Jon a description of what I wanted and he immediately sent me photos of what he could do for me, the price, and said he would have it ready for 10.00am the following morning - exceptional service. When I went to collect the flowers Jon welcomed me and instinctively called me by my name, the flowers were absolutely beautiful and the price was incredible value for money. I have worked in retail for 36 years…this is what you genuinely call ‘World Class Service’. I will only go to Jon from now on, and I cannot highly recommend Kilbury Flowers enough, it may not be in the City centre or on a main high street, but like I found out today, it is well worth visiting, I am sure Jon will no doubt have a very strong customer base…and I am sure you will not be disappointed too. Thank you Jon, it was a pleasure visiting your shop and the flowers you provided for someone very, very special to us are beautiful.

Jon asked many questions and help guide us what's currently in stock and what flower colour combo works well together. Very friendly and attentive to his work.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend this florist enough. I needed help and advice about a wedding order and got such fab customer service. The flowers were cut and soaked before collection and then laid in a box for pick up. I was able to look at a book of flowers for ordering and got guidance about amounts and types to order. I was very happy with the freshness of the flowers and everything came as ordered in the right colours. It was all excellent value for money but also helpful with attention to detail. I was also relieved to be able to park right outside the door which is a big plus point in Worcester. I will never consider ordering from any other florist.

Fantastic experience: I am writing this review 1 week on from Kilbury flowers providing the flowers for my wedding and I can’t speak highly enough of John and the team. They were warm, friendly, and exceptional in everything they did. The flowers were truly breathtaking and John made the entire process so stress free and enjoyable. Fantastic experience: Funerals are never easy but Jon, Hilary & Debbie were absolutely so amazing and supportive when it was needed. Jon listened and was so attentive to our family's needs and traditions, and he provided advice where it was needed. He had a big job of putting together at least 23 large floral displays and having them delivered on time for the day. Each floral display was created so beautifully and differently from each other. The service was absolutely amazing and so personable. Jon even made himself available to be there on the day to help arrange the display and help move the flowers around from the Chapel to the cemetery, which was such a generous extended service. Our family are so grateful. Jon -- On behalf of the family, we would all like to say a big thank you for all your wonderful work. You went over and beyond our expectations with your help, wonderful arrangements and photo updates. This made it so much easier for our family and friends to interact.
