Fantastic experience: Maisie's arrangements for our wedding (bouquets, buttonholes, corsages and thank you bouquets) were stunning and I cannot fault the service she and the Floral Roundabout team provided. I didn't have a clear idea of what I wanted to start and she provided really helpful iterative guidance as the plans fell into place and communicated throughout the process. On the big day, the lovely delivery driver Ricky brought everything to our door in good time and was so kind. I could have cried when I saw how gorgeous the bouquets were and they perfectly complemented the day. I would recommend Floral Roundabout for wedding flowers without hesitation.

Negative experience: Very disappointed these flowers were for our 35th wedding anniversary wouldn't use again! About £10 worth of flowers and £35 of green leafs cut out the hedge didn't get any of the flowers that I asked for !! said they couldn't get them . Chrysanthemums Widely available if I'd gone to Tesco But apparently a florist can't get them..... was predominantly to be yellow... No, couldn't do that either! just one yellow tulip.....one !! Couldn't even put a decent bow on it. P.s. I went to Tesco and added Chrysanthemums myself `We’re truly sorry it didn’t meet your expectations. If you had mentioned this at the time of collection, our florists would have been more than happy to adjust it for you there and then.` I did mention it at time of collection and the person I dealt with had no interest at all I pointed out the flowers that I asked for when missing and the amount of filler greenery which I wasn't happy with.......

Fantastic experience: Contacted Floral Roundabout late in the afternoon via email asking if they’d do me a bunch of flowers for my wife last minute and deliver same day. Felicity emailed me back within minutes saying she’d be able to help: I asked for white/natural flowers with a few pink flowers as we’ve just found out we’re having a girl. I sent a note via email to be included in the flowers and paid over the phone. Negative experience: Used to be really great but now inconsistent with declining standards- flowers which arrive on the turn and which die after a few days, bouquets heavily padded out with leaves. Nobody wants to complain about receiving flowers, but nobody wants to feel unhappy with the flowers they've received, either.

Fantastic experience: Floral Roundabout provided the floristry at our September 2024 wedding in Herefordshire. They were extremely helpful from start to finish, especially given my own limited knowledge of flowers and floristry! They were really great at working within our budget and providing innovative solutions such as relocating flowers from the chapel to the wedding reception where possible to avoid any waste which we really valued. Jenny was extremely helpful when it came to chatting through my preferred colours and styles and mood board and taking this away to apply her expertise to execute some really beautiful results. This included bouquets for myself and the bridesmaids, buttonholes, corsages, pew ends, centrepieces, a magnificent bannister arrangement and even a flower wand for our two year old Flower Girl. Floral Roundabout were very accommodating to the fact that I don't live in the area and scheduled zoom calls where needed when I was unable to travel back. They liaised with the venue directly, ensuring that set up on the morning of was seamless and done without any involvement from us. Overall a really great service - our guests scrambled to take home leftover flowers the next morning as the arrangements were all so beautiful!

Fantastic experience: Jenny did a fabulous job arranging the flowers for our wedding. Despite there being a shuffling round of staff and only meeting us 3 weeks before our wedding, she really understood what we were after and executed our vision perfectly! Jenny also filled various wooden troughs and boxes that I wanted to incorporate into our day with plants in the hope they could be gifted to family and friends following our special day. She even managed to attach a tiny charm onto my bouquet with a message from a passed loved one. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. Thank you Floral Roundabout!

Fantastic experience: I loved my wedding flowers from Floral Roundabout! They were so colourful with sunflowers, daisies, tulips, etc - everything I wanted. In total, we had a bridal bouquet, 4 bridesmaids bouquets, 2 boutonnieres and the most amazing flower crown which Lydia was very meticulous with in terms of planning asking for my head measurements and various details during my hair trial to make sure the flower crown fitted perfectly.

Fantastic experience: Being completely useless with flowers myself, Lydia had a very tall order when it came to my wedding. All she had to go on was a very vague "mood board" with a few suggested colours and that was literally it. What she produced on the day was nothing short of INCREDIBLE. We booked Floral Roundabout for our wedding after two postponements. Lydia helped us to choose our flowers for the bouquet, bridesmaids bouquets, centerpiece, sign decor button holes and corsages. Fantastic experience: I cannot thank Lydia enough for providing us with the most beautiful flowers for our wedding this October. Lydia is like a breath of fresh air and her personality and energy are infectious. She was so helpful and knowledgeable from initial enquiry, all the way through to our big day! She was able to work within our budget and planned the flowers so that they could be repurposed and enjoyed throughout the day. The flowers fit perfectly with my rustic, Autumnal theme and really added that extra magic to my beautiful venue. Its the little things that really make a difference. Lydia was able to incorporate my nan's ring into my bouquet for my something old and even found me on the morning of the wedding to show me the flowers and put my mind at ease. We had countless complements on how fantastic our flowers were and I am still enjoying them now, over two weeks later! She even brought the sunshine with her, which we enjoyed all day!

From first meeting Lydia at a wedding fair in 2019, to finally providing our wedding flowers for our wedding in September 2021, Lydia and her team at Floral Roundabout were incredible. Fantastic experience: My husband and I eloped and decided to ask Floral roundabout team to do my bouquet and his button hole. I wanted to keep things simple with a tulip bouquet but didn't know much more than that (I'm far from creative). It was exactly what I was hoping for with some beautiful seasonal touches for the button holes. As my husband and I were travelling up to north Yorkshire the day before the wedding Lydia and the team made sure the bouquet was really well packed with plenty of water for the journey and overnight. The booking and deposit process was so straightforward and that was when I had my inital meeting with Lydia to discuss my vision and what she suggested too. They dealt with our extra request of lavender and calming and patiently dealt with my numerous emails and phone calls reassuring me. Fantastic experience: Unfortunately our wedding had to be postponed 3 days before the big day, however Lydia was so understanding and supportive. The flowers had already been delivered and so she let me pick them all up from the shop, they were absolutely beautiful and exactly what we envisaged.
