Fantastic experience: I visited The Secret Garden Florist for the first time for my dad's funeral flowers. The service I received was excellent, very friendly and extremely professional. They were really helpful and very well priced. The flowers were absolutely beautiful, better than I expected. I ordered a red rose spray and DAD in white and they added a gorgeous red ribbon around the word and some red roses to it. They did an amazing job and you can tell that they take pride in their work. Thank you to you all at The secret Garden for your beautiful effort with my dad's flowers. I would highly recommend them, they are amazing at what they do x

We chose the Orangina bouquet to cheer up my friend and it was beautiful, lovely fresh flowers, beautiful shades of orange (her favourite) and the delivery person was lovely and friendly! Fantastic experience: Fantastic. Ordered for my Mum and Aunt as they’re going through a tough time, flowers were beautiful and arrived within about 2 hours of ordering online. Can’t rate them highly enough.

Negative experience: Disgusted and disappointed. I ordered the flowers on behalf of a dear friend, for the sad occasion of my Mother's funeral. The flowers were delivered as described and were of acceptable quality. However, I have phoned on three separate occasions asking for a receipt and have been assured that the process is underway. One week and a half later I'm still waiting. Considering the stressful and upsetting funeral planning, this non existent level of customer service is unacceptable. You should be ashamed of yourselves and I would recommend customers purchase flowers elsewhere...

Fantastic experience: I had to quickly purchase some sunflowers and gave them a call, firstly I couldn’t believe they had sunflowers due to it being out of season and then when I picked them up they were absolutely stunning! They even allowed me to order over the phone and pay on collection which helped too. Great customer service and the best florists I have ever used.

Fantastic experience: I ordered the loose red heart and red rose casket spray from secret gardens Northampton for my wife's funeral, they were unbelievably stunning. Not only that, they got all of the words I had written for each set of flowers on the cards. They delivered them to the funeral directors on the morning, nothing was to much trouble for them. Fantastic experience: Been using Secret Garden for quite a few years now for mother's day & my mum's birthday(as she told me to use them) & she's always very happy with the flowers & the delivery. Latest delivery at the weekend & she was very complimentary about the delivery driver as my mum is now elderly & not so mobile & they were really helpful, helping to put the flowers in a vase and in the right place. Fantastic experience: Debbie and her lovely florist shop were recommended by Co-op Funeral Care at Grange Park. She and her team were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and knew exactly what we wanted (simple hand tied arrangements of freesias). She also dealt with a stressed bereaved family really well! The arrangements were delivered smack on time, were beautifully done and really well priced. Highly recommended!!

Fantastic experience: We have over the years received flowers from the Secret Garden florist as they are very local to us, but we recently had to organise flowers for a funeral. Although a very difficult time, Debbie was so helpful and patient in running through what we wanted and the flowers themselves were nothing short of beautiful. Apart from the lettering tribute we also had a religious symbol made from flowers which were so incredibly well made and in a way we wished we could have kept them for longer. Delivered much earlier than expected and with the utmost consideration and care - we cannot recommend this florist highly enough - our sincere thanks to the team here.

Fantastic experience: We used The Secret Garden at the saddest of times, when choosing funeral flowers. The staff were amazing and coped with tears and indecision, showing compassion at all times. They helped us to choose flowers from the extensive choice of arrangements and were happy to show us arrangements that were being made in store. They did everything they could to reassure us that the flowers would be just as we wanted them - and they were. Stunningly beautiful. I can't recommend them highly enough.
