Fantastic experience: I needed flowers for a friend who I was going to see perform for the first time. I had plans to go to the shops to get someone from the shops, but it was Sunday and I was running late and the shops ended up shut by the time I was ready! I googled a florist and was surprised to see Blossom Surprise were open on a Sunday after 5pm. I messaged them, they were able to arrange this beautiful bouquet within 30mins. They had this bouquet 'Elegant Rose Harmony' made and sent out to my mum for my parents 50th wedding anniversary in under an hour. They didn't take payment until they'd made and shown me the bouquet to ensure I was happy to proceed. Their service was incredible, the flowers just beautiful. I was on call to my mum when the gentleman delivered them, and you had me and my mum in tears. This business LOVES flowers and people, I wish I could give you more than 5 stars. Negative experience: After reading the excellent reviews I had high hopes but unfortunately I was left very disappointed. I ordered the bouquet for my Mum mid December for delivery on 6th January. The flowers were delivered to my address, the billing address, rather than the shipping address. I was not at home at the time, luckily my neighbours took the delivery in for me. Blossom surprise failed to contact me to explain where the flowers had been left. It was only when I realised my Mum hadn’t received them I had to check my cctv to find out where they had gone. I then had to collect them from my neighbour and deliver them myself which defeats the object. If I wanted to do this then I would have bought standard supermarket flowers… The flowers themselves are lovely but I can’t help but feel disappointed with the lack of customer service. A simple telephone call or message to explain wouldn’t have gone a miss. Unfortunately I won’t be using this florist again.

I was kind of dubious they would turn up when o picked because it was Christmas and the options for delivery were so soon after I ordered. However the came bang on the time it said local delivery for free. I had ordered mum some flowers previously from another well known (smaller florist) in the area. I went to pick those ones up and I remember for the price looking at them and thinking is that it? Intstead with these I’m looking at them thinking -woahhh all this for the price? Positive experience: I am very satisfied with the delivery and execution of my request! I ordered some flowers for a wake, which was a bit of a niche request from the ordinary. I didn't have a casket, only a urn - so I needed flowers that could create the centerpiece. The execution was perfect, and exactly by my request, so I am very happy in that front! In terms of the planning leading up to the delivery, there are some rooms for improvement - but nothing that bothered me too much. I would be called in the evening (22:00) for planning purposes (which was always apologized for doing), and they arrived 30 minutes too early which did put some pressure on me to get to the location earlier than planned. The website could use some improvements to for user friendliness, and to promote a more professional look and feeling. Besides from this, the staff was very friendly, very skilled, adaptable, and had great execution ❤️

What you see on the website is what we had delivered, very happy with the service recieved, having also been sent a video on Whatsapp the night before delivery and a picture following (on time) delivery at the funeral home (see image below). I was ordering from Turkey, and they made the entire process so smooth and stress free. Their team was incredibly helpful, guiding me through the payment process and even arranging a cute chocolate box to go with the flowers, just as they promised. The bouquet was absolutely stunning beautifully prepared and arranged with so much care. I asked them to take a video of the surprise as well, and they did that perfectly, capturing the moment beautifully! Fantastic experience: I was so grateful to find a last-minute slot for a birthday bouquet for my mom. About 30 minutes after I placed my order, the shop reached out to let me know the pink roses I wanted weren't available. They were so helpful and offered red or peach as an alternative. I chose peach, and they even promised to send a photo of the finished bouquet via WhatsApp before it went out for delivery. The bouquet they created was absolutely gorgeous—even more beautiful than the pink one would have been! The peach roses were so fresh and vibrant. The best part?
