Fantastic experience: Having that I live in Bath now but originally from Northampton I didn’t know who to use as florist for my nephews funeral so I googled and spoke with staff about my order and requirements. I couldn’t have been more chuffed with the flowers and spray provided for the day, totally spot on and everyone commented how lovely and natural it was. Thankyou so much for your services. Would thoroughly recommend.

Negative experience: I am disappointed with my recent experience. The flowers died within two days, despite being kept in appropriate conditions and not exposed to heat. In addition, the staff member who served me was not particularly polite and came across as quite arrogant. Based on this experience, I would not recommend.

Fantastic experience: Elliot and the team helped us created the most beautiful flowers for my dad’s funeral. He had brilliant empathy and really listened to us when we told him who dad was and what he enjoyed. Making sure the flowers reflected him. They took our breath away when we saw them. Tony Jones florist helped us honour our dad in the best way and they made a difficult situation easy by dealing directly with our funeral directors after our first meeting so we didn’t need to worry about any of the details. Would absolutely recommend for any events

My friend wasn't in they tried to call her left a message and left the flowers with a neighbour they then notified her which neighbour. Amazing experience would highly recommend. They sent me details of the delivery which had had to be there by 9.30 on Monday morning....not easy. I have since received a photo of the wreath and its message from my family. Negative experience: Very disappointed I ordered a funeral sheaf for my cousins funeral on the 3rd February, but on looking at the arrangements after the service at the crematorium my flowers were not there. As the funeral was an early one I contacted the florist to see where my order was but the man who answered the phone told me he had delivered the flowers to the funeral directors in the morning. However they delivered 6 arrangements which were received but not my order. I have since emailed the florist and requested they look into the matter but not received a reply, I even stated I knew who the 6 arrangements were from as all the family ordered from them. Very upsetting when not appreciated at a delicate time.

Fantastic experience: I received the most beautiful flowers by delivery from a friend (pic below) so I called a few weeks later to order flowers for a birthday. They were so friendly and helpful, I ordered them on Saturday morning and they were more than happy to deliver the same day. So great to have a quality and friendly local florists. I wouldn't buy flowers from anywhere else now!

Picked a date and paid. So quicker over the phone and the flowers are so lovely. I do like to support local shops, as I'm south in Devon, this is the other best way. I will def buy again

I called Tony's at around 3:45pm asking for a same day slot and a lovely gentleman ( Tony I presume ) assured me he'd deliver on his way home , I was beyond grateful to be honest as I know I was far reaching when asking for a same day slot 2 hours before end of the day , for the price I've paid I'm beyond impressed and happy with the flowers and the amount of roses my wife got delivered for the price is EXCELLENT, overall I've found my new florist ! I arranged this by phone this morning for same day delivery, but it can be done online too. The staff are so friendly and helpful discussing preferences etc (thank you Cathy/Kathy) and they kindly sent a photo of the flowers. Why choose one of the big online companies where you don't always get such good customer service and quality. Big shout out to local florists like Tony Jones Florist in Northampton.
