Fantastic experience: Sara was absolutely wonderful. I would highly recommend if you find you're in need of a florist or if someone you know is. She was a lovely woman, patient and friendly and very easy to work with even though I caught her at the end of her day. I'm in Canada and wanted birthday flowers delivered to my daughter who is currently living in Oxford. I described to Sara (quite unclearly) what I envisioned and I felt confident at the end of our conversation that she understood what I was hoping for. I chose this florist using a Google search for "flower delivery Oxford UK". I evaluated the bouquet photos and prices on multiple sites and chose this one because the examples had a more natural look to me and appeared more creative. Although they have a wide variety of beautiful example bouquets on their site, I didn't see quite what I pictured in my head so I decided to call instead. Sara listened and asked questions to clarify both my preferred budget and my vision... excellent customer service. To give you an idea of how she helped, I asked Sara for "pastels and bright mixed". I asked for "lots of different heights and textures" and I wanted "cheery but feminine, not juvenile". I asked for it to be "a bit wild and natural, like an unkept English garden" lol. I think she nailed it! Furthermore, although I ordered them the day before very shortly before closing time, they were delivered promptly the following morning and were very fresh. Sara mentioned that they would be from their fresh shipment of flowers she was receiving that following morning which they clearly were! Including the vase, this unique and custom bouquet was £45 ($87 CAD) including tax and delivery. Great value in my opinion considering that it is a luxury service and product to begin with. I couldn't be happier! If I could give this florist more than 5 stars I would. Thank you Sara!
