Fantastic experience: I stopped by Gemini Florist a couple of weeks ago to pick up a bouquet for a friend, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I gave the owner a quick brief of what I was looking for, and he put together a stunning arrangement that hit the mark perfectly. The service was excellent, but what really stood out was the extra care—the owner even kept the flowers in water for me while I finished the rest of my shopping so they stayed fresh. It’s rare to find that kind of thoughtful, personalized service. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Best flower shop in Oxford! I was taking pictures of the beautiful flowers here when the lovely owner of the shop was closing and waited for me to finish taking photos- and before I left he gave both me and my friend a bouquet for free merely as a kind gesture!!! The flowers have blossomed beautifully and I want to thank the owner for being so kind and making our day. Definitely worth visiting!

Fantastic experience: I popped in to get some flowers for a friend who’d had a baby. I only work down the road so they offered to drop them in for me. Negative experience: I felt so bad this time. I was recommended to this store last year November. At that time I bought a bunch of flowers for my friend‘s graduation. This year I came again，chose and combined flowers. First，the price has rised-but I could understand. Second，this time the staff seemed less patient and they bound the lovely flowers very causally…. I should have been to another store….. Anyone flowers are always beautiful-but the atmosphere and service let me feel very down

Fantastic experience: This is my second order for my daughter through her years at Oxford and it was a great experience both times. I shopped online from California and she received a gorgeous arrangement twice, and on time. Her PhD defense is coming and so is her next arrangement! Jemini Flowers is the place for you to go to not worry about your order; its quality, and the delivery time.

Negative experience: When I arrived the shop was empty (it was a Monday lunchtime), I looked around whilst waiting to be greeted. Eventually, a woman appeared, who almost seemed annoyed by my presence. I was seeking some help around a bouquet of flowers... I mentioned they're for someone who owns a cat, so nothing poisonous. The woman said "well that doesn't leave us with much, this is what we have" and points in the direction of flowers. I found the whole experience underwhelming and disappointing. I took my business to the Garden of Oxford instead, who were far more accommodating.

Fantastic experience: After a computer glitch occurred and flowers I ordered arrived earlier than requested, the shop quickly responded to my concerns and quickly sent a bunch on the correct date. I found them very responsive and helpful.

Negative experience: I got told to leave because I had a dog with me. He’s a small, well behaved cutie that most people always coo over. The odd thing was that I think it was a random guy that told me not the shopkeeper, but the shopkeeper didn’t interject. I didn’t argue and just left. I then went immediately to The Garden of Oxford florists also in the covered market and the staff immediately cooed over our doggie and gave him a treat. I spent £100 at the Garden of Oxford and will be back. I spent zero at Jemini and all because they’re not dog friendly. Your choice, but know that you’re losing business because of that policy.

Fantastic experience: Received some really lovely flowers last week - and to make it even better - they were delivered by Velocity Cycle couriers - so Jemini were not adding to the Oxford congestion. Thank you Jemini flowers.

Fantastic experience: I needed some flowers to be delivered to our hotel that would surprise my soon-to-be fiancé for the night I proposed to her in Oxford. I therefore searched online and found that Jemini Flowers both had the offer of a gorgeous bouquet of roses AND were able to deliver them on New Year's Eve, being placed on the bed for when we returned. While flowers do cost a lot, I cannot fault these, and they went above and beyond what I'd expected, making the perfect day even more perfect. She said Yes of course.

Negative experience: Delivery operative very rude, the minute she knocked on the door, stating we were very hard to find, and we were lucky to get the flowers if it was not for a local in the village giving instructions, could understand if we were off the beaten track, bur out village is small, and only one main road running by through, and we live on this main road, with a large sign clearly sent from the road ! had issues with driving too, as she had to take be to the grass when the driveway is larger than normal. If these flowers were for a deceased, then this is the last person you would want knocking on your door ! Shocking service.

Negative experience: Flowers provided by Jemini through Flowers Same Day….. Quality of flowers was excellent but quantity was poor! The bouquet sent consisted of approx. half of the flowers shown in the advertised picture. Customer services told me I got what I paid for in cost of flowers! Will not be using again.

Negative experience: Somewhat disappointed with Jemini. I payed a premium for a specific collection with them, however what was received was quite different to what was ordered (see photo) and was made up of cheaper flowers than expected for the premium price (20+ pound over their other offerings). On top of that, they were delivered without the sender's name (which was included on the note to be sent), meaning the recipient was not actually aware of whom had even sent them leading to an awkward conversation. Overall disappointing so would not use Jemini again in a hurry.

Fantastic experience: The staff here are just amazing, and the quality of their work and flowers which last for a change and which clearly were created with passion and care is abundantly clear. Amazing is an understatement and these florists are kind polite and go more than the extra mile. not only did i order a bouquet for a friend, i asked to add something my friend likes that wasnt on their website, i just asked and i was being cheeky, but they said yes and not only did my friend get the flowers but also that persons favourite sweet tart au citron!! they dont do this normally and i was expecting a polite no which would have been fine but the team here are fantastic.and went more than the extra mile. thats customer service! thank you guys and keep up the excellent work! i will be back for sure!! oh and will not hesitate to recommend you
