Fantastic experience: We ordered some flowers for my sister in law's funeral. I spoke to Alley over the phone initially, who was brilliant and so happy to help, even with the May Bank Holiday looming. We placed the order through the website, and chose a pink floral tribute; the actual process of ordering was really easy. The flowers themselves were absolutely beautiful, and everyone commented on how my sister-in-law would have loved them. I would definitely recommend Lilley Alley and would use them again. Negative experience: ordered flowers was told am delivering after calling many times and I offered to send an uber to collet was told flowers wasent ready flowers dident get delivered till after 2 pm poor quality roses the roses was tiny very poverty would never order from this place again was very stressful and lady was rude on the phone when calling even hang on on me if you carnt deal with many orders have a cut off limit if you carnt fulfil orders don’t take them on

Staff also very helpful when I rang to check on the delivery timings because I had messed up and wasn't sure the recipient woud still be there. Fantastic experience: I called Lily Alley less than 1 hour ago to see if they could deliver some flowers for me locally today. The lady asked her assistant if she could stay for half an hour (as she was due to go home) while she made up the flowers. I thought they would be delivered later on today but it's not even been an hour and the bouquet was made and has already been delivered!! I have never known service like it, honestly. I cannot thank you enough, both of you, for everything and my son just sent me a photo of them, they are perfect. I will definitely use you again without hesitation, but I will try and give you a little more notice next time!

Negative experience: Really awful customer service, not sure if it's Lily herself but she was so aggressive I was left in tears. Avoid!

I ordered some flowers last minute for my mums birthday but called to say I would miss collection due to traffic- one of the lovely ladies from Lily Alley kindly delivered for me so my mum still got them in time. Above and beyond customer service and the flowers are stunning! Highly recommend!

Negative experience: Ordered a £45 Christmas bouquet for my elderly mother delivery date 23rd December, I visited her on the 29th to see this very poor arrangement of green foliage with 4 flowers in it..2 roses and 2 what look like big daisies. If there was a lower score than 1 Lily Alley would get it, very disappointed customer

My recipients have been so delighted with what they received and I too have been impressed with the quality and quantity of flowers, as well as quick turn around! I placed an order at about 11.40 online (the cut off for same day is midday) and my aunt rang at 12.50 to thank me.

Negative experience: Wouldn't deliver to door as sleeping chid in van, so I had to collect my own flowers from the block entrance, we live in a retirement/ extra care building for a reason! Not sure what would have happened if I hadn't been able to come down 3 floors to collect them. Flowers delivered different to what was requested. 1st time used this florist. Won't use again.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely gorgeous flowers for a very special friend. I ordered via the website for next day delivery, unfortunately during that evening after placing the order we found out that our friend had moved home. I rang the shop the following morning as soon as I could and the lovely lady said there was no problem and changed the delivery address. Shortly after I received a call from Ali to say there was no one home to receive the delivery. I asked if she could leave it for us. She did, hid the flowers from site and also took the time to send me photos to relay onto the recipient so she could find them once she was home. Negative experience: Worst experience DO NOT ORDER.got some flowers for a funeral which didn’t turn up on time and the girl who I spoke to on the phone was rude and laughed when I asked her where she was. The flowers I received some are already dead will not be ordering from here again

Fantastic experience: Fabulous service, from ordering to delivery. The flowers were a Mother's Day gift after what's been a tough year for many. I left a note to ask the delivery chap to make sure my mum gets to the door as she's waiting for an op so is quite slow and he did (I never mentioned this to my mum as she's a proud lady and would have killed me!). My mum called me after they arrived and commented how nice the delivery man was. He knocked and waited patiently and was polite and friendly, wishing her a lovely day which she really appreciated. The flowers were beautiful, absolutely stunning. This shop should be renamed Above and Beyond because that is what they went for my mum and made her feel really special. You made one lady and her family extremely happy. So thank you to a great team x

Fantastic experience: I just want to say thank you so much for the stunning coffin arrangement you created for my aunt's funeral today. The flowers were so fresh and there were so many different blooms. They all complemented each other really well. Everyone commented on how beautiful they were.

Fantastic experience: I have used Ali a couple of times before for a bouquet and a corsage, so when I was looking for funeral flowers for my Dad I looked at her website. I was very impressed by the choice and variety so shared this with the family. We ordered a 4ft red rose casket spray, a posy and a basket. When the flowers arrived they were stunning, so beautiful. The flowers were taken home after the funeral, the roses spray was split and put into vases for my mum, me and my daughter, still leaving a small spray for my mum. It’s now a week since the funeral and the roses are still looking good and no petals have dropped. The Posy which has been kept outside in my mums garden still looking amazing, the basket which has been kept inside (with central heating) will need to go out today but has given so much pleasure. Thank you Ali for the excellent service and quality of the flowers.

As I live in Manchester I looked online but didn't like the negative reviews for some of the National Delivery florists so decided to look for a local one instead.
