The florist Beth contacted us after attempting delivery where we discovered our mistake, and then she very kindly went above and beyond and delivered to the correct address instead. Negative experience: My disabled husband can only order on line. He ordered a ho ho hat box large display with chocolates from flower shops network for £89.96. Black iris flowers then delivered a 200g box of truffles with a round box the diameter of a saucer with the flower contents of 1 rose, 2 Gerber's and 2 carnations, not commensurate with the breath taking price of nearly £90. I phoned Blank Iris Flowers, who took no responsibility and would only agree to come pick up and said I had to phone flower shops network.

Fantastic experience: I needed to arrange a coffin spray and was unable to go in to the florist. I emailed 4 florists with what I wanted and also what i definitely didn't want. Black Iris Flowers was the only florist that read my email and came back to me with pricing and confirming that they could do what I wanted. They did the spray and delivered it on time. I was very anxious and rang the lady at Black Iris several times and she was so patient with me. Positive experience: Mother’s Day flowers not up to your usual very high standard. Roses are now dead and dahlias looking sad. Previous bouquets lasted almost two weeks which was amazing. This one is struggling to last five days.

Fantastic experience: I asked the ladies to do flowers for my mum's funeral last November. I had no idea what I wanted as never dealt with this before. Luckily my mum regularly used the shop and Leah knew exactly what she liked. They delivered directly to the funeral director and made sure Mum turned up appropriately adorned with the cheerful bright flowers she loved. They made a very dark day a bit brighter and stayed that way for nearly a fortnight on mum's grave. My mum couldn't speak highly enough of the ladies in Black Iris and I would have to agree. Am now awaiting the results of a mother's Day bouquet for my wife, can't wait..
