Fantastic experience: I was looking to order a special bouquet to be delivered for my sister’s birthday, as she lives in a different city, and came across Petals. Shirley was absolutely lovely and made the whole process so easy. The flowers were truly gorgeous, beautifully arranged, and exactly what I was hoping for. My sister absolutely loved them! Such an amazing experience - I will definitely be ordering again and would happily recommend Petals to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Very helpful and friendly service. The yellow rose casket spray for my dad was beautiful and the roses were so fresh. Thank you for taking care to supply flowers in such perfect condition.

Negative experience: My fiancé inquired for our wedding and they turned us away. Appreciate the honesty but blunt emails just very unhelpful.

Positive experience: We bought a few funeral wreaths for our loved one spending quite a lot of money on each of them unfortunately on the day of our loved ones funeral we were very disappointed as most of the flowers on all three of our funeral wreaths looked like they hadn’t seen a drop of water and there were flowers that were out of place it looked like a rushed job. Won’t be returning.

Fantastic experience: I am in Australia and just had flowers sent from Petals to my family in Plymouth and I chose Petals for the first time . My sister in law has just sent me the photo and they look beautiful. I know flowers are expensive and sometimes feel ripped off with the quality. But for £35 I think these were perfect. I also wanted to mention how lovely it was to hand write the card for me. Often it is a printed version and this made it feel more personal !

Fantastic experience: Thank you so much for doing grans flowers. We was debating where to go and was so nervous and obviously overwhelmed and found petals. As soon as we spoke to these lovely ladies at the shop all our anxiety went away, they was so kind and jokey in a very sad time which we both really appreciated ☺️ We didn't know what style to go for or flowers, we gave our colour choices and we got advised on what to have. Leaving it to these ladies to choose what looks best was a perfect choice as these flowers are absolutely gorgeous! They take care of everything even calling the funeral home so we didn't need to do anything. Thank you again for everything

Fantastic experience: My mum is absolutely delighted with her Mother’s Day flowers which were called "Your the best!". She said they were beautifully wrapped and clearly made with a lot of care. Ordering was super easy, and there was so much to choose from. I was amazed I could place the order just a couple of days before they were needed, and they arrived right on time. Fantastic experience: I used this florist for the 1st time recently for a recent funeral of a male relative. They did everything they promised too do, & the hearse arrived with the flowers inside, they were beautiful & my brother & I were very pleased with our choice, I would highly recommend this florist & her staff.

Fantastic experience: Just a quick THANK YOU for the beautiful spray you made for my Nephews funeral (Matthews 15th April). Also for the advice given with reference to using foam roses. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to anyone.

Negative experience: What an absolute disgrace!!!!!!!!!!! We rang Petals Florists a week before we needed the flowers, to be told there’s no need to order as we always have plenty of lillies in stock, just come on the day and we can sort it while you wait,so we are travelling over 200 miles for my partners mums funeral, and today 09/04/24 turned up to get our flowers only to be told that they didn’t have any in and did we order them!!!!!!!!!!! Staff didn’t seem bothered or interested, actually rude and very unhelpful,, so we went to Cathy’s Flowers to be told to go to Marks and Spencer’s as they always have lillies, so now it’s only a couple of hours before the funeral we’re now travelling 30 mins away to get some flowers!!!!!!!!!! Avoid at all costs

Fantastic experience: Shirley and her team work with the Funeral Directors that we used for my mum's funeral. My mum was an artistic and creative flower arranger and so I wanted really beautiful flowers. The brief was a bit of drama but channelling soft herbaceous borders and Cornish hedgerows.The flowers were stunning and Shirley dressed my mother's english willow casket with ivy from her own garden. It was all so lovely that we took a picture. Thank you to the Petals team for making a difficult day look so lovely.

Fantastic experience: I've always bought my flowers of occasions here even my wedding bouquet and always beautiful but Last week I ordered a wreath for my late husbands anniversary and was offered a larger one and then delivery, or have listed option with delivery included which I opted for. The lady on the phone was amazing and extremely helpful. They arrived on the date arranged and they were absolutely stunning, the photos don't do them justice, it was packed of so many beautiful flowers, no gaps, so thank you petals florists for making a sad day look pretty, I will endeavour to review more as you really are the best! Fantastic experience: Unfortunately I had to order flowers for my father in law's funeral The ladies could not be more helpful when I called them up. I was 300 miles away at the time and only had the web site to guide me as to what I wanted. I managed to make some changes to the original design I had seen and add a few extras too. The ladies arranged for the flowers to be delivered to the funeral directors at no extra cost and even let me phone back when I had decided on the personal message. They were so lovely and made an unpleasant phone call I had to make a little more bearable. I didn't see the flowers until the actual funeral so was a little on edge but they were absolutely stunning and everyone commented on how beautiful they were. So thank you so much for making a beautiful goodbye tribute from my 4 year old daughter and 9 year old nephew to their beloved grandfather Neil. I couldn't have asked for better x
