Fantastic experience: I received an absolutely stunning bouquet from here for my 60th birthday that my husband ordered. The lady who delivered them was so lovely, she met my 14 week old Sprocker pup and was amazing with him. She was warm, friendly and so lovely. My husband says he chose somewhere local and is really pleased with the service and the order itself. We will definitely use this florist again.

I decided to change colour theme after my initial quote which was not an issue. The week before my wedding they confirmed any last minute details with me. On the day they arrived promptly at the venue, setting everything up without any stress. I don't know a huge amount about flowers but Louise managed to bring my vision to life! The bouquets were exactly the colours and style that I had dreamed of. The flowers lasted for ages after the wedding. Highly recommend them. I know nothing about flowers and after visiting various florists who spouted a lot of floral names at me, Watts were the only florists to show me the flowers I could have for the wedding. This was so so helpful because then I knew what it would look like, thank you! Watts were so kind and their creations for the day were beautiful! We still have some parts of the pedestal flowers in vases at home - 2+ weeks later. Watts went above and beyond to help us with transporting our flowers and ensuring we did not have to worry about them at all. Their knowledge is superb as are their prices. Thank you for making our wedding so beautiful!

Fantastic experience: I rang this florist on a Friday (from Leeds!) to get a delivery of flowers out to my friend who lives local to the florist that afternoon - they were more than happy to accommodate my lastminute order, and then when I rang to say no one will be in and please deliver next day that was also OK. Paid over the phone and asked for the seasonal bunch of flowers. They were absolutely beautiful and put the intended smile on my friends face after her operation! Would be using more if I was local!!!

When I saw the finished wreath I was overwhelmed with the quality, quantity and variety of flowers, they even managed to source some heather (a special request from me).
