Fantastic experience: Attended Hannah’s spring workshop and it was the most lovely experience. No limit to the number of stems and free rein given to us (unless you wanted guidance, at which point Hannah was always available). Shout out to Willow (super friendly border collie) the best employee there!

The flowers were beyond anything we could have imagined, absolutely breathtaking and even more beautiful than we’d hoped for. She listened so carefully to what we wanted and brought our vision to life perfectly! Communication was fantastic, the quality of the flowers were exceptional, and her pricing was very reasonable for such an incredible standard of work. Hannah did all of my wedding flowers for me and they were so so beautiful and smelt amazing on the day. The flowers were also so reasonably priced and affordable. She also was fantastic with me making changes up to the last minute as we had to add a few buttonholes and a bouquet to the order. Positive experience: Flowers were beautiful. They were made up to match our colour scheme exactly! Only complaint would be a lack of communication throughout the process. Organising the wedding from a distance we were reliant on communication via phone and email which we found to be few and far between. Again, on the day the ladies received their bouquets and all other flowers were delivered to where they needed to be but the men's buttons holes and mother of the grooms corsage was left in the reception and were not found until after the ceremony. Having asked the venue staff they said they had not been made aware. So communication somewhere between the two parties had broken down. The ladies were delivered to the rooms so I'm not sure why the men's weren't when it was made clear which room they were getting ready in. Other than that, thank you. Sure they will look as good in the photos as they did on the day.

Negative experience: I ordered the vibrant basket. So so disappointed with it. It was not the same as the picture on the website. Obviously you don't expect the flowers to be exactly the same but the height and size should be as should the baskey they came in.. In the photo it was a wicker basket. What arrived was a cheap balsam wood trug!! And it was so tiny, for £40 I expect more wow factor, which is why I chose this florist over any other in Plymouth. Even the tiny bit of ribbon on the handle was pathetic! I can't use Hannah Burnett again now because they have lost my trust.
