Fantastic experience: My local florist for 10 years, over the years I have had so many beautiful flowers from them, but I feel the need to share a review after losing my grandma in January, they did her funeral arrangement and personal flowers for myself and couldn’t have done better, so many personal touches. And two weeks later the flowers still look fresh where we left them Thankyou ladies ❤️

Negative experience: Maybe its just me, but for £70, not an insignificant amount of money by any stretch, I would have expected more than a cheap bunch similar to that found in Tesco.

Fantastic experience: I can't express how incredibly helpful and Kind Helen and the team were in preparations for our wedding day. From start to finish I felt so supported through the clear communication, professionalism and kindess shown towards me. Helen helped create the perfect floral centre pieces for our wedding aswell multiple other details. No small detail was overlooked and Helen even included sentimental flowers to represent my father who recently passed away, brining ideas to the table to make the day even more special. Even when i struggled to describe my vision for the day, Helen knew exactly what was needed and really worked so hard to make it perfect! Amazing team with fantastic range of flowers and so efficient. But what really shines is Helen's kindness and passion for flowers and people!

Fantastic experience: I had ordered flowers elsewhere due to be delivered on Valentine's Day which were not going to show up (courier issue, so no naming and shaming) which resulted in me finding Fiori using a Google search. I wasn't sure if they would have anything left but they had a great selection of pre-made bouquets and individual flowers to make your own. I'm somewhat clueless when it comes to flowers, but the lady at the desk was really helpful and friendly despite closing soon. I chose a pre-made bouquet which was £40 and bursting with colour and scent. They were well presented in a box containing water and they went down a treat with the other half. Would use again.

I asked for a nice bouquet (knowing nothing about what I needed other than 'colourful') and despite being busy the owner was really helpful and prepared something excellent. I was already very pleased and having just handed them over as an early Mother's Day present, I can confirm that my Mother is equally delighted.
