Fantastic experience: I received some flowers from you a few weeks ago and they were wonderful and I wanted to point out that "food" sachet that is attached to put into the water made such a difference please keep doing that. I got another bunch at the same time from another florist. The longevity between the bunches was incredibly different. Just wanted to let you know it was appreciated.

The gorgeous flowers were hand delivered which made it extra special and gave my friend a lovely surprise. Fantastic experience: Highly recommended. Superb service and really lovely fresh and pretty looking flowers that were nicely put together. Helped me out on the phone when I was far away and stressed out about how to get a spray of flowers to a relative's funeral in Tauranga on time. Went above and beyond when I had missed the online deadline - making the spray up despite my not yet finishing things online, so that they would able to make the courier. Allowed me to write everything I needed to say on a long gift note! They put up with my stressed babbling on the phone, following up to see where I was at, ultimately producing a wonderful looking tribute for my relative when I couldn't be there. Fantastic experience: Ordered flowers for Mothers Day on-line which was quick & relatively easy (there is a flaw in the process where the fields get auto populated with the Delivery address rather than the Billing address between screens). The flowers arrived on Sunday (Mothers Day) and whilst I have not seen them, she was appreciative and said they looked beautiful and well presented. Fantastic experience: I first ordered flowers for my mother from Cherrywood Florist in 2019 when my Nana passed away. Cherrywood shops had been Nana's local shops for 27 years and we had wandered past the florist many a time admiring the flowers. I wanted to support her local florist in her honour when sending flowers to my Mum and I was so glad I did. The size, quality and customer service were fantastic, and I have just yesterday ordered some more for some friends who have recently welcomed their first baby. Rebecca combined a mixture from the chocolate basket and the rustic basket and made the most beautiful happy looking flower arrangements to go with it and I added a candle as well, which my aunty keeps smelling because she loves it.
