Negative experience: Disgusted. My son wanted a beautiful bunch of Lily's for his girlfriend, Charging him $95.00! when on you website LiLily En Masse Bouquet is $60.00, We would be returning if he wasn't traveling. Shame on you!

From the impressive size of the bouquet to the communication regarding delivery times, it was wonderful service the whole way through. The level of customer care and help I received from Jess when enquiring about a (very!) last minute bouquet to cheer up a dear friend in NZ(I live in London) was amazing She not only managed to make the most beautiful arrangement, in orange too, as requested! She also personally took a detour on her way to home to deliver them herself as it was literally 20 mins from closing time and was far too late to go through normal online delivery e process to my friend in time. The flowers were so perfect too! Thank you so much!

Fantastic experience: I've ordered surprise gift from Auckland for my colleauge in Tauranga. I wasn't reachable because of work, changed shipping address at the last minute (which turned out to be rural) - I must have been a pain but Flowerette was super patient and helpful. Fastest delivery ever too! I compared a few different flowerists and Flowerette has the most beautiful but also reasonable price range. I would definitely recommend Flowerette and if I ever have a chance to organise another surprise gift, I'd go back to them. Thanks Flowerette!! :)

Fantastic experience: Kat from Flowerette is a sweetheart! As soon as I saw her work on Instagram I knew she was the florist I wanted for our big day. We did a consult a couple of weeks out to go over everything and lock it all in. And she was very patient and sweet with me when I called her the afternoon before our wedding to add on a few centrepiece flowers as we ended up needing more than initially thought. The bouquets she put together were stunning, and our table settings were exactly what we were wanting but better! I will only be buying flowers from Kat from now on, her work is unbeatable!

Kat has an incredible eye to put together, colours, flowers and scents (which are amazing and not your usual run of the mill arrangements) Great selection of super cool gift ideas (divine candles, 'the caker' and great vases). All at a competitive price point. Just too easy to spend money here So happy to see this wee gem of a shop
