I phoned two days before my wedding after a unexpectedly bad (and short) haircut asking if there was any chance they could help me with a halo as my hair could now only be down. Negative experience: I have been going to Blanc for years but when I recently purchased flowers from there I was so incredibly let down. I spent $100 for a bouquet and got something that looked like it was worth $40 max. Never going back.

Fantastic experience: We ordered this peace lily from England for my brother in law’s big birthday from Blanc. We did it all via email and Sharon was amazing. She sent pictures, information and ideas really quickly. We ordered the peace lily, and within 1 hour it was potted, beautifully wrapped and delivered. Even the delivery drivers was amazing! It was a really beautiful surprise and will last many years. I can’t believe how easy it was.it really was the perfect present! Thank you Sharon.

Negative experience: Super upset with the flowers i received on valentines day, not at all like the picture. When I got there I was told they sold mine, and then was told that they had ran out of greenery. They pulled greenery out of another bouquet and then wouldn't hand the flowers over to me until i had payed. I also didn't appreciate the way the lady who worked the front pushed a chocolate in its wrapper into my mouth while I was trying to pay which made me uncomfortable. When i was able to have a look at the flowers once i was in the car i wasn't happy with how empty my $80 bouquet looked but had no time to go back in and wait on another bouquet because of the time schedule I was on. I had ordered the flowers on behalf of my Dad who works away, so the flowers were for my Mom and I was extremely unsatisfied considering I had rung up, pre-ordered what i wanted and even gave a time of when I would be there to pick them up. I wish I had bought a $40 bouquet from countdown, would of been far more impressive and worth my money and time.
