Her curated choice of gifts, cards, indoor plants and pots combined with exquisite floral bouquets and dried flowers makes it my first choice when I want a special gift box or flowers to make someone's day even better. She has provided beautiful arrangement for work events along with spectacular dried flower displays. I highly recommend her for her, work, timely delivery and she always is always generous in all she does.

My daughter organised a beautiful mixed bunch of beautiful flowers at the last minute, and I was so grateful to receive them. Negative experience: I received a huge bouquet from my uk family for Mothers Day. Whoever delivered didn’t bother to knock, by chance we found it in the drive just after dark!! The quality of the blooms was very poor. A beautiful lily with many blooms only opened one of them, the rest just drooped or shrivelled. The chrysanthemums were falling apart on day of arrival. The pink roses never opened, just dropped. The alstromeiras are hanging on. The bouquet was over 50% greenery, a vine, ivy, magnolia branches etc etc. I imagine from the size of it it was very expensive but what a waste of my sons hard earned income.

Negative experience: Dissappointing Experience - flowers ordered for Mother's Day this year. Nothing turned up by 5pm, and only to our surprise, did a good nearby samaritan bring the mis-delivered flowers over to the correct property that evening. Very good communication from the Flower Barrow when raised with them, that I can't fault at all (and it's what kept this from a 1 star) - but when paying $100 + $15 for delivery, for flowers on an important event like Mother's day, you hope and expect these will get to your mum, and on time.

Fantastic experience: I rang up for a very last minute mothers day delivery and I couldn't be more impressed with the service I received. On one of the busiest days of the year for florists they managed to make up a beautiful bunch up of what they had left still and it was delivered within the hour, both my mother and I were very happy. Thank you so much for your care and service!

I called and I felt so bad it was last minute but you somehow managed it without a hitch and I am thankful you were able to do this for me for the Enchanted Ball. The flowers were the exact colours I wanted and you matched the ribbon perfectly to my dress. Fantastic experience: A seamless phone order experience. Not only was the woman on the phone pleasant, polite and helpful, but the flowers arrived (locally) within a couple of hours and looked fab - the receiver very happy with them. Pricing was quite reasonable too, so no complaints at all and would happily use The Flower Barrow again. :-)

Fantastic experience: If you need flowers or plants in the Napier/Hastings area this is where to go! The service is the most helpful I have ever had, the flowers and plants are STUNNING. The wonderful lady even made a wee bunch for my toddler, who she interacted with beautifully while I selected my gifts. Will be going here every single time I need flowers from now on

We contacted The Flower Barrow on Friday morning and spoke with Tracey to have some flowers delivered to a local resident as a gift (we live in Auckland). Fantastic experience: GREAT SERVICE, GREAT PRICE - unorganised and in a rush I rang this number off a google search with small hope of getting flowers delivered asap - sorted with a 5 minute phone call - $50 flower, $12 delivery same day, paid over the phone - DREAM RESULT - thanks Tracey for help on the hone with the message as well!

Fantastic experience: I ordered 2 last minute bunches of flowers for delivery mid/late Friday afternoon. An hour or two after I placed the order via their website, I found out that they had already been delivered! Never in my life would I have expected florists to be this efficient and prompt and flexible. The bunches looked absolutely beautiful and I couldn't be happier! Thank you Flower Barrow! I will be using you forever in the future and recommend you to all!
