Fantastic experience: Choosing was genuinely hard because every bouquet was exceptional. These aren’t just bunches of flowers, each arrangement feels intentional, with a real message behind it. The time, care, and attention to detail are obvious, and it takes a very skilled and thoughtful florist to achieve that. Daisy Chain Florist in Napier absolutely delivered. It was also a relief not having to battle CBD traffic or parking, and there are so many beautiful gift ideas and arrangements available, all put together wonderfully. We honestly couldn’t be any farther apart. And yet, thanks to their kindness and quick communication, I was able to send her flowers – and they were absolutely beautiful! The service provided was exceptional and a very tasteful arrangement was delivered to the address I provided, exactly as instructed. The cost was very reasonable, and I have no hesitation is recommending this company to any readers of this review. Should I need a florist in the future relating to this area I will use their services again.

Positive experience: The fresh flower boxed bouquet my husband purchased on Wednesday for our 48th Wedding Anniversary looked lovely, a mixture of green, white and red, but the smell is not nice a musty smell is the only way to describe it, have had to move them into another room so as not too be put off by the smell which is a shame.

Positive experience: I received a beautiful Christmas hamper, sadly I found a few of the items seemed to be a little old / stale. I was looking forward to the camembert cheese but this was not moist / creamy. The chocolates too seemed past they best. I am reluctant to share these comments as I hope this is not the norm. I know the hamper would not have been cheap and am disappointed for the sender. Thank you
