Negative experience: Disappointing that the delivery of birthday flowers were not delivered on the day of the birthday.

Earthbloom Florist

I wholeheartedly agree this was very disappointing and offer my sincere apologies.
We had sent the plant with the courier on the correct date (booking with ample time for same-day delivery) however they did not deliver until the following day. This was even after I was assured by the courier the delivery would be made that afternoon.
As a result of this and some other factors we have decided to undertake doing our local deliveries ourselves again, this way we can be certain deliveries are made on time and in perfect condition.

Fantastic experience: I recently lost my beloved Mom and received 2 beautiful bouquets of flowers from Earthbloom sent by family and friends. The flowers are beautiful and have lasted well. Strongly recommend this supplier
