Following, I placed an online order, a process, which was straightforward and seamless. Finally, I received a confirmation link which provided a picture of the bouquet. This, I thought, was a wonderful touch, given that when ordering flowers previously, I’m often left to wonder about arrangement appearance. A simply wonderful experience!

Negative experience: Very unprofessional business and customer service. I placed a flower order 3 days in advance of delivery and received a confirmation. Come the day of delivery, I received a phone call that they are not delivering it to the address I provided but put me on hold and said that they actually will deliver them to the address but come to find out, they instead just left them at a post office that is closed due to the weather. Not only did the photo they sent me confirming delivery look nothing like the post office, the flowers looked nothing like the picture I ordered. $100+ for flowers you can get at a grocery store for a quarter of the price.

I ordered an orchid for a recipient in Benbrook and left instructions it could be delivered the same day if they had a nice specimen--or the next day if they needed to order something nicer. wow. did they ever overachieve. not only larger and more lovely than the sample photo, bit it was delivered within a couple hours. good job, Gordon Boswell. keep up the good work.

Positive experience: I wasn't happy with the arrangement I ordered for my brother-in- laws funeral. It didn't look like what I was shown in their book. Boswell was suppose to send me a picture before they sent. They didn't. They were willing to pick it up and redo it. I later ok'd the redo because of the color of some of the flowers which they agreed didn't go with the arrangement. It wasn't until later when I saw it person that I was disappointed with it but it was too late to do anything about it. They fixed the colors but the shape was really off. I felt what I paid for it wasn't worth the price. Compared to other arrangements I saw at the funeral that people paid less for from other florists. I probably won't use Boswell again.
