Fantastic experience: From across the country, you never know how great a florist is. When I wanted a hospital bouquet for a family member, this florist delivered - literally AND figuratively. Giving good advice about scheduling the delivery and its size for a hospital room. This photo doesn't do it justice. It brightens the room and doesn't interfere with nursing. It brought great pleasure to the patient. Nice work!

Negative experience: She charged my family thousands to set up a CHRISTMAS TREE even after we told her we did not want her to buy anything new and to use our old decorations. We were shocked by the bill and her response was “what do you want me to do about it?” We felt very used by Carlie and would never recommend her to anyone.

Negative experience: Carli was not friendly or professional when we expressed concerns about how her results were 1.) more expensive than we expected, and 2.) not what we had asked for. When I raised my concerns, she refused to acknowledge legitimate concerns by claiming my review is spam and assumed I must be colluding with others who also left poor reviews.

Fantastic experience: The prettiest flowers I've ever received!! Absolutely gorgeous. I'm obsessed and they lasted a long time. You can tell they took their time & put their heart into their work.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful Flower Snobs!! The shop is full of amazing gifts and decorations. Their flower and plant arrangements are stunning and fairly priced. They are now my go to florist for every occasion. Friendly staff and knowledgeable about their products. Holli and Carlie (Owners) go out of their way to make sure you are happy with Any flowers or gifts from their store. Fun, Awesome and Colorful!!!

Fantastic experience: I wish I had more stars to give Flower Snobs @ CItyview Florist. Five is absolutely inadequate. These people are amazing and their work is ALWAYS stunning. The entire Flower Snobs crew are have more talent in their pinkies than the majority of florists in the area combined. The designs that leave that shop are hands-down some of the most beautiful creations I have ever seen. They are true art. Furthermore, the owners, the Ackerman family, are some of the kindest, most generous, loving, talented, and hilarious people I know. They work hard to make sure you are happy and are always willing to go the extra mile. I mean that literally. Recently, Holli and crew traveled over 2000 miles (round trip) to bring their magic touch and talent to my daughter's wedding. It was spectacular!! Seriously, who does that? People with big Texas hearts and the kindest souls. I have seen Carlie, Holli, Correy, Casey, and CJ nearly fall on their faces from exhaustion as they work hard to meet the needs of their clients but they still manage to bring the joy, ESPECIALLY Carlie. Talk about kindness and big-hearted overload. She should have a badge that says, "Kindness Ambassador of the Century!" If you are unhappy with something, she bends like a pretzel to correct it and doesn't stop until you cry "uncle" or have a big satisfied smile on your face and joy in your heart. Seriously, you can't go wrong with Flower Snobs @ Cityview. You just can't. 10/10 highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Carlie, Holly, Dani and the gang are some of the most creative designers I’ve ever seen! You won’t get ordinary from them! Several times when I’ve sent flowers I just tell Carlie what I need to convey… eg “bad ass you got this girl” and she just slays it!!! Every time they’ve done my flowers I get instant calls from the receivers saying how beautiful they are and how much they lifted their spirits. I also love going in and browsing their gift store- unique, fun and creative gifts you can’t get elsewhere! Excellent selection of Mud Pie, Jelly Cats and now they have Steif!!! Just an amazing shop with fun and amazing people!!!!

We were ordering from another town so coming up with the perfect design in itself was incredible. The flowers were beautiful and exactly what she wanted. They delivered them on time and were so helpful through the whole process. The price was also great! Thank you so much for everything you did to make this such a special day. Fantastic experience: My husband has brought me a flower every Friday for the past 28 years. When we moved to Fort Worth 5 years we searched for a flower shop so that he could continue the tradition. He found Flower Snobs, and spoke so highly, that I had to go check them out for myself. I fell in Love with Everyone there, and now I go with him and pick out my own flower! Our visit to the gang at Flower Snobs is the highlight of our week! The flowers are always so beautiful, and the arrangements are so creative. We love y'all!

Negative experience: I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I ordered an arrangement that was described as featuring a Peace Lily, but instead, I received a New Zealand flax, which is completely different. The arrangement was also supposed to come in a white vase, but I received a black one. The description was inaccurate, and what was delivered didn’t match what I ordered. I paid $135.00 for something that was far below my expectations. This was my first and last time shopping here. I strongly encourage the store to improve its quality control and ensure products match their descriptions. I feel misled and dissatisfied with the service.

Fantastic experience: This was a last minute decision to surprise my sister. I honestly just looked online and ya'll were the 3rd florist that popped up. I couldn't get the other ones to work. Thank God for that! My sweet sister is really missing her husband that passed away 4 years ago (not only Valentines Day, but his birthday as well). I waited until the last minute and you had her very favorite yellow roses. She cried happy tears today when she saw their beauty! Eternally thankful for the ease in ordering, the beauty and quality. Worth every penny!

It's such a fun bubbly place to be while being surrounded by beauty. I'll never buy from 1-800 sad flowers again as long as this gorgeous place is an option. Positive experience: Ordered flowers last week to be delivered to my daughter in law for her special 30 th birthday (today) so I called ahead to be sure of delivery. The arrangement is beautiful but they put the wrong balloon with it. Was supposed to be a nice big champagne bottle balloon but instead she received a small circle black generic balloon. Disappointing, especially since it’s her big day today. Double check your order when ordering from them.

Flower Snobs has always been my family’s go to for anything flower related. I ordered on line and it was so easy to navigate through. Of course once I completed my order I wondered if they could modify my order. I called their store 30 minutes before they opened and Carlie answered the phone! She was joyfully enthusiastic about helping me and modified my order easily. She asked me if I wanted a picture of the arrangement once it was ready before they delivered it for me. The arrangement was absolutely beautiful! Carlie’s wonderful attitude and her enthusiasm for her customer service was an absolute pleasure and in my opinion is something you can’t put a price on! Fantastic experience: Dani is an incredibly personable individual whom helped me throughout my experience, answered questions and made sure I got what I needed. The shop itself is incredible; the personnel are down to earth. It's got so many creative options for flowers, cards, stickers, and other decorative signs and decor. I was very impressed. What I walked out with today was an impressive sunflower bouquet in a vase, in a box, with padding, to ensure it didn't get damaged. I was impressed with what I saw on their website. I phoned to place an order for my grandsons funeral they were so kind and caring with their attention to my grief. There was a mixup with the funeral home and when I called I spoke with the mother I wish I could remember their names. She turned a misunderstanding by the funeral home into my daughter receiving the arrangement as we were all gathered together. I will always remember how grateful I am to your kindness to my family. Fantastic experience: I dropped in today (12/26) looking for an arrangement for my sister and brother in law as they just had a baby. The sweet lady whipped up this amazing piece in about ten minutes! Turns out it was the owner. The shop is owned by her and her mother and she said how grateful they are to do what they love each day! Amazing and sweet.

Fantastic experience: We flew in out of state and needed five bouquets for a funeral. And what a blessing it was to find the shop! Chloe listen to our thoughts, and within an hours created the most Beautiful and memorable bouquets. So thankful for you guys and you're amazing shop.

Positive experience: The arrangement was beautiful but for just under $240 I expected a few more blooms. Chose this arrangement as it was a Lilac arrangement and there were only 2 lilac blooms! It was the deceased favorite color and it do not come close to the number of blooms in the pic. I couldn’t take a picture as it would not have been appropriate at the Memorial or ai would have.

She has been caring for her Mom for several months of caring for her mom who was placed on hospice then passed away. Negative experience: This places sucks!!!! I picked out multiple flower for 120$ for my wife’s birthday. The guy showing me flowers was helping me pick. He said rosed are for anneversaries and multiple flowers for birthdays. When my wife gets them she sends me a photo it has only two roses 1 flower. It looked nothing like what I picked. Our anneversary is almost here. Theres no way Im buying from here EVER again!!!!! Don’t bother going in to look or buy!
