Positive experience: Flowers were exactly what I expected according to the picture on your website; I appreciate that. The only issue I had was the time of delivery. I requested early morning delivery and it arrived at 1:50pm. I wanted the person to be able to get enjoyment all day long not just for a couple of hours. Flowers were sent to a school on a Friday and school lets out at 2:45pm. Nonetheless I was pleased with TCU’s performance.

Fantastic experience: As I live out of town, I had to trust the federal from the cemetery. I was quite happy with the 1/2 casket spray I ordered. The arrangement was lovely and included the flowers and color that I requested. The flowers were delivered early on Saturday and did look a bit tired by the graveside service at noon on Monday. I wish I would have thought to ask for the latest possible delivery but I don’t think anyone else noticed.

Fantastic experience: I didn’t see the final product as I’m in a different state, but aunt who received it called and said the arrangement was beautiful. It arrived on time on date promised. Ordering on-line was easy and safe (I was able to pay with my PayPal account). I would definitely use this florist again and also highly recommend to anyone.

Negative experience: Despite my reporting the issue and sending photos of a 3/4 dead arrangement delivered on the Saturday before Mother’s Day, I have not gotten an apology from TCU Florist. I know my son spent a lot on this and it is extremely disappointing. On the bright side, there were three hyacinths included that were beautiful. They are my favorite. They were also the only viable flowers.

Fantastic experience: If I could give a 5000 star review, I would!! Not only was everyone I talked to SO sweet, they absolutely saved our day. We had scoured DFW for red gerbera daisies to no avail. TCU Florist called their wholesaler to see if they could get them for us by our quick deadline. They went above and beyond for an above and beyond reasonable price! Will never use another florist again. You have the Shoemakers business for life!

It looks expensive and well thought out, not like a cheap 1-800 Flowers looking arrangement a lot of florists crank out. I will say though, I thought it was a little bit on the more expensive side for the size that I got, but it came out looking so pretty I almost don’t mind the price. I will order from them again and you should too.

Fantastic experience: I live on the east coast, with loved ones in dfw. And let me honest, TCU Florist has never let me down in the 3-4 years for that i have ordered from them. The communication is top tier, if there is ever a need for a floral substitute, or any concerns with shipping. They have always reached out. And every bouquet has been beautiful even with substitutions. This last time i ordered a last minute bouquet for my now future in laws for a holiday, and once again... the delivery was impeccable, on time, no need for communication, and they never forgot any additions i requested. ( a florist in houston i ordered from 1 time, forgot a gift item). I am moving to the area soon and am excited to make this my official go to florist. Thank you for what you do TCU family

Fantastic experience: We visited TCU from the University of South Carolina and had a fantastic experience with TCU florist. We had a perfect arrangement for our interview table. They exceeded our expectations!

Negative experience: I purchased a corsage and boutineer. When I picked them up they were not made with the correct flowers. I had to wait while they were re-made. The corsage was given to they lady 3 hrs later and fell apart within am hour of being on her wrist. Only reason this review gets 2 stars is be cause the boutineer faired well. All in all this was a big disappointment. Another lady at the event had a corsage purchased from Kroger, was beautiful, lasted all evening and was much lighter on the wallet. Lesson learned.

Fantastic experience: Update: Thanks to the staff at TCU Florist for keeping the lines of communication open and so positive. Also, thanks for your kind service and going above and beyond what's expected as customer service. For that we give an extra star. Good customer service is hard to find today. I will consider using TCU Florist in the future!!! I was elated to find an online store with a virtual assistant on the night before Valentine's Day. I was even more happy when the next morning someone responded positively to my questions, offering same day deliveries for an extra $30 and having the plant I wanted in the colors my friend loves. They even sent me a picture to verify (see the first picture). So I called and ordered but was convinced to wait until the day after to save the extra $30. Well, I was very pleased with the service up to that point. The plant was delivered at a decent time and to my friend as promised the next day. A fairytale story, right? Well, until my friend called me upset that the plant was not exactly what she hoped for (see second picture). Well, she had already called TCU florist and expressed her concerns. She was given an apology and told that there would be a refund because of the difference. Two days after there was a release of the final amount charged to my account. All matters have been resolved to our satisfaction. I thank God that the precious moment was not in the purchase of the plant but in the love between my friend and I. I guess if there are any lessons to be taken from this, these would be: 1. Don't wait until the last minute to order. 2. If ordering something specific and special, don't order online or over the phone. 3. If you do order over the phone or online: lower your "D" Expectation!!

I missed their call asking when they can reschedule, but they left a note on the recipients doorstep and they were able to call and get them later that day. They helped me every step of the way, working hard to bring my vision to life. Special flowers had to be sourced and they took care of that like the pros they are. They created the most romantic space with flowers all over my living room! It was incredible! There were a ton of special details, like my maid of honor’s floral headpiece, and they truly nailed it. They were on time, prepared, and even cleaned up after themselves when the greenery clippings fell. The price quoted was a great value for everything I ordered. I didn’t feel like I was getting charged extra because the event was a wedding (common in DFW). They were flexible about vases and used my DIY receptionist centerpiece vases. Overall a fantastic experience! I appreciate their hard work and would recommend them to other brides for sure!

They even sent me a picture of the bouquet to see if that was what I wanted. It was spot-on! I would highly recommend them for your floral needs.

I had ordered the centerpiece for my event from them, but planned to save money by making smaller table arrangements with flowers supplied (and ordered) from a local grocer. The grocer called the morning of and abruptly canceled the order. I called TCU Florist and they came to the rescue, delivering 8+ beautiful arrangements to the venue later that afternoon. Lesson learned: you get what you pay for, and though TCU Florist is not the budget route (though they’re not exorbitant), just start with them for beautiful flowers delivered on time.
