Allen's Flower Market

Fantastic experience: I’ve said this time and time again, Allen’s Flower Market is probably the only shop in Long Beach that can arrange flowers as the photos on their website. They use the same exact “ingredients” and healthy flowers. I’ve used their shop for the last several years for this very reason. Ordering is easy, and they always send confirmation photos of delivery via text and email. Delivery fee can be steep $22, BUT if you have an account and an order history, you get to use points that have been accumulated. They also have great promo codes. Very professional, great quality, reliable, and beautiful arrangements! Absolutely recommend! They are the BEST!

Negative experience: Allen's is a great florist as long as you order flowers. I also ordered balloons, and the color did not match the tablecloths. In person, I ordered gold balloons. A young woman blew one up for me so I could see the gold color. When the balloons arrived, they were clearly yellow. I called Allen's with the issue, and he said that the gold was clearly blown up, but it may look yellow because they're in the sun. When I placed the order in person, I told tgem the event was outside. I should have been aware that the color of the balloons will look yellow since I'll be outside. I would not have chosen them had I known. So I had very rich, gold tablecloths in the tables, and bright yellow balloons atrached; did not match at all. I was definitely upset.

Negative experience: The flower arrangement I ordered was not the color that was delivered in the picture. I was getting pink orchids, and when they were delivered to my friend, they were dark burgundy. Her favorite color is pink, which is why I chose the pink orchids. when I called Allen‘s Flowers, they said they’d be happy to replace them, but they would pick up the other ones and replace them with new ones . Which I declined because it was for her birthday and I thought that was just a weird thing to do. I always had good experiences with Alan Flowers, but this time it was very disappointing

I’m glad I was able to order some here while we were visiting LA for our 10th anniversary. And at an amazing price, compared to others in the area. Fantastic experience: A dozen roses for $13! It doesn't get better than that. Because of this great offer they may be out, however they have smaller painted ones for the same price. They also add fillers like baby breathe and you can chose paper or plastic to wrap them in. They also add a bow and fragrance if you'd like for 3$ more. Want to surprise someone?
