Fantastic experience: I don’t say this lightly, as I think most floral arrangements are highly overpriced for what we pay. Conroy’s was worth every penny. They mixed fully, partially, and not yet bloomed so the bouquet would last at least a week. I’m absolutely amazed by the quantity, quality, and longevity of this.

Negative experience: Stay away!!!! I am beyond disappointed with my recent experience. There is absolutely no way I paid $70.30 for a bouquet that included dead flowers especially when it was intended as a surprise gift. It’s unacceptable and frankly shocking that any florist would think it’s okay to send out an arrangement in that condition. The lack of quality and care completely ruined the gesture and the moment. I will never order from this place again. Conroy Flowers has completely lost my trust and will never receive my business in the future.

For the price paid, I expected fresh, vibrant blooms—not something that looks like it’s been neglected for days. Very disappointed with the quality and wouldn’t recommend based on this experience.

Fantastic experience: First time coming here; had a very pleasant experience. Very helpful and experienced staff. Amazing arrangements! Lots to look at while you wait for your arrangement to finish. Large selection of various items to choose from plus lots of lovely greeting cards to complete your order. Lots of cute stuffed toys & trinkets; something for everybody. Prices are about what you would expect ftom a florist. Remember, youre paying for quality plus a better selection. Plus they have pretty much everything you need right here so its more convenient too. Its worth the money in my opinion. I wound up picking up something for myself, too! Couldnt resist. :D

Negative experience: What I ordered online from 1-800-Flowers did not remotely match what I actually received from Conroy's Flowers, 11312 Crenshaw Blvd, Inglewood, who filled the order. The only thing that matched was the vase. I ordered a bouquet called "Lavender Expressions" which, according to the photo I saw to place the order, the bouquet is comprised of mostly lavender/purple flowers. What I got instead is a WHITE bouquet with a couple of purple flowers in it. Although the arrangement I received is nice, it is NOT WHAT I ORDERED for my mother's 90th birthday!!! I wasted an hour sifting through hundreds of photos online to order the "perfect" arrangement only to get something completely different. The delivery was super fast so no complaints there. But when I spend $100 on a specific flower arrangement, I expect to get what I wanted. Why bother posting photos for customers to order from when the florist does whatever they want instead?
