I called Jennie's after I ordered from elsewhere online and had a bad experience with a scam website and explained the situation, best phone call I ever made because they advised me on some great options and ideas and they were delivered same day! Positive experience: I was a little disappointed in my order. I ordered a Designer's Choice good level. It was one white rose and lots of green something. Not much color at all. Since this was for my sister's birthday I felt they could have done a little better.

Fantastic experience: If I could give them more stars I would. I did an email order with them a few days back and called to see if I could change the delivery date they said no problem we can deliver them tomorrow, awesome. Then I sent the wrong address which is under construction so the delivery driver calls me up to say hey I believe there is an issue. I give him the correct address but forget to give him the unit # text me again to ask and I give it to him, and then sends me a picture of it on the front door. This is so beyond amazing most companies would have just left it at the original address but not Jennie’s I am blown away. Thank you!

Positive experience: I ordered 80 Roses for my Aunts 80th Birthday. She loved them, I had 2 vases with 40 roses in each. It did appear one vase was fuller than the other but all the roses were healthy and beautiful. I was calling from another state and everyone was kind and helpful.

The flower shop & driver followed the instructions and delivered within the requested time frame. The arrangement was just how it looked online too! A couple days ago, I also spoke with the Logistics Manager, Rebecca who was extremely helpful! This establishment has great customer service. I've only visited the store once, and they were very busy (valentines day), but overall, I prefer the online system they have (for convenience purposes only). The interior of their store is cozy, but parking isn't great. No reason to knock off a star. I am very satisfied!

My job asked me to purchase our usual birthday bouquet of flowers, however, this go around, I was asked to shop with Jennies instead of who we were using. This is the second time that I used them for my job. The first time, was about 8 months ago. I took them a vase (see picture), and asked them to put together a tropical arrangement of fake flowers. They executed! Then today, 9.15.2025, I received the birthday set of flowers for a coworker that I ordered online. They were punctual, kind, and the flowers literally smell up the entire office! Today's delivery just solidified that the company I work with will be switching over to Jennie's and giving them our monthly business.

Negative experience: Called on a Sunday to order an arrangement for my daughter. I have not used them before and asked several questions about color of the flowers to blend an arrangement. I asked to speak to the woman who makes the arrangements to make sure it would be beautiful and that the colors chosen would not clash. The woman practically hung up on me saying thanks for calling CLICK! Consider Jennie's Florist not very customer friendly if you have any special request!
