Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough good things about this florist.On 12/9/25 I ordered flowers from another florist to be delivered on 12/15/25 to a friend living in an assisted living facility in Tampa. On 12/15/25 late afternoon I received an e-mail stating the order could not be fulfilled! The florist had 7 days to fill the order. I was quite upset. The following morning I went online and found Carrollwood Florist. I placed the order around 12:15pm, CST, which was 1:15pm in EST. By 6pm EST my friend received the flowers!!! It doesn't end here---listen to this: unknown to me, my friend had been moved to a skilled nursing facility. The flowers were delivered to the assisted living facility and the delivery person was informed of the move of my friend. The delivery person then went to the new home of my friend, which was not close by! There's more-----after my friend received the arrangement, a Christmas arrangement in a sleigh, she wanted to call and thank me. Unfortunately, she no longer had my phone number in which to call me. She had dropped her phone months earlier and all of the phone numbers in her directory were lost. She called Carrollwood Florist and they were able to give her my phone number. The mere fact they went out of the way to deliver to my friend's new location rather than just give up, tells me how thorough and thoughtful this florist is. The phone number information is just a bonus. Between the service they gave me with this delivery, how they helped my friend with a phone number, and the lovely floral arrangement, I can only give the highest recommendation. You pay per flower, so I told them my price range I was hoping to stay within. I am in LOVE with the work they did on my bouquet.
