They put together the most beautiful bouquets for my mom and my girlfriend, and both of them were thrilled with the arrangements. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for gorgeous flowers and a seamless, welcoming experience!

Fantastic experience: Enchanted Florist was amazing! We are in Tampa for my daughter’s graduation from USF and we are from across the state. I called earlier this week to order a specialized bouquet and was easily able to describe what I wanted, pay over the phone, received my receipt via text, and arranged to have the bouquet delivered to our hotel the morning of. Enchanted Florist communicated with me via text that the delivery was here at the hotel and they came earlier because they didn’t know what time the ceremony was but wanted to make sure I got the flowers in time (I did!). The entire process was great. Highly satisfied and impressed with the customer service and the bouquet is gorgeous! I wish Enchanted Florist delivered to Fort Pierce! I’d definitely use them again!!!

Negative experience: Worst vendor experience I’ve ever had. Avoid at all costs. I hired this florist for my engagement setup and the experience was a disaster from start to finish. When I first spoke with her, she already had an attitude. After we agreed on a price, she tried to raise it to almost double just because we wanted to add more flowers. I showed her a circular setup. She delivered a small square. It wasn’t even close to what we discussed. On the day of the proposal, she showed up 30 minutes late, which pushed everything back because the setup wasn’t ready. The flowers she used were low quality, nothing like what she advertised. She also required us to bring all the pillows, tables, and glasses, which was surprising considering the price she charged. After comparing prices with other vendors, it became clear how overpriced this business is. She also only accepts payment through Zelle, which conveniently prevents any type of chargeback. Looking back, that says everything. The most unprofessional part happened right before the proposal. She didn’t pay for parking even though there are signs everywhere. She got a parking ticket and instead of taking responsibility, she texted me a picture of the ticket five minutes before I got on one knee, blaming me for it and telling me to pay for it. My photographer parked in the same area and had the common sense to pay without needing instructions. The setup itself was tiny. When I asked her to make it bigger so both of us could fit, she gave more attitude and called herself a “professional” instead of fixing the issue. This business is unprofessional, overpriced, and completely unreliable. The whole experience felt like a scam. I would not recommend this vendor to anyone, for any reason.

Negative experience: What was delivered and what I ordered were very different. If they didn’t have the flowers I ordered they should have called or emailed me but they made no attempt to contact me. I’m very disappointed. The colors and the flowers chosen were not the same. Bummer.

Positive experience: Katherine is very nice and delivered my bouquet to my Airbnb. I paid for a bridal bouquet that looked more like a bridesmaid bouquet. It was beautiful but it was smaller than what I wanted. I got more baby’s breath than actual white roses. My fiancé’s boutonnière was smaller than anticipated as well. For that reason I’d say just spend the extra money somewhere else.

Fantastic experience: Katherine & her team did the florals for my May wedding - they were fantastic! All the arrangements for my ceremony and reception were beautiful and on-theme for the colors I requested. The centerpiece giveaway during the reception was a big hit with the guests, because everyone wanted one to take home! I also want to shout out Katherine for graciously working with me when I had to unexpectedly reschedule my original wedding date last October due to Hurricane Milton. Huge thanks to this team for accommodating a stressful, last-minute change with grace and kindness!

Ms. Catherine demonstrated exceptional customer service. Upon contacting the store to convey the time-sensitive nature of the order, Catherine responded promptly and courteously. She addressed all my inquiries comprehensively, taking the time to assure me that the delivery would be executed accurately and punctually. Given my tendency to overthink, I contacted Catherine twice more in the days preceding the delivery to confirm the arrangements. She consistently reassured me that their service would differ from my previous experience and that the flowers would be delivered on time. As expected, I reached out to Catherine on the day of the delivery as soon as the store opened. She graciously informed me that the delivery had already been completed, having arrived thirty minutes ahead of the designated time. What more can I say?! If you need things done right, call this place.

Negative experience: My husband place an in order with this company 1 week ago. The order was place and a payment was taken. This morning he called to check eta of driver their exact words were “oh your order was cancelled” it’s Valentine’s Day’s. No explanation as to why. We’re extremely disappointed and if they would have told him earlier he could’ve made other arrangements. When he questioned his refund they requested a copy of his ID. He was also told he could come in to order but we’re only taking cash. Their communication is horrible and it’s definitely giving Scam.

I’ve used big companies in the past that did a bad job and was worried about the quality / quantity of the flowers and, the recipient often has issues receiving flowers because delivery people get lost or confused. I DM’d this business to let them know the delivery situation they went above and beyond by calling me to double check the address and even sent me photos of the delivery to confirm it was the right place!! Negative experience: First, phone number on website is not updated. Wouldn't deliver 18 minutes up the road, so I found another company who would deliver, and it was 27 minutes for them. They told me they'd call me back and did not. I tried to call the number I got on Google (mobile number) and there was no answer. Very unprofessional and unremarkable . SIDENOTE: Owner response is actually not an apology and takes no accountability for poor customer service relating to not calling me back and providing incorrect phone numbers.

From the first day of planning til months after, I was personally perched upon a cloud watching Katherine orchestrate a masterpiece. The Floral arrangements looked as if they were designed for a magazine. Warm and in inviting. The venue, table settings, music, and the delicious food sourced very close to her heart, were all breathtaking. An extraordinary visionair with impeccable taste is how I would describe this businesses’ curator. What a Grand Experience!
