Fantastic experience: I normally don’t write reviews, but I have had such a good experience with Imperial that I decided to go out of the way to leave one. To the point: the delivery notification email is a cool feature. I love knowing my recipient got their gift. They have a great, simplistic website that’s well organized and not overly complicated. It even allows you to tip your floral arranger and/or delivery driver without having to pay some outrageous DoorDash/uber/instacart fee. I’m pretty sure they filled in the blanks for my recipient info that I neglected to provide meaning they have a database for past customers and reoccurring orders. Which is nice for the yearly dozen or two to my girl for valentines and anniversary, makes me more likely to be a return customer. Just a great experience every time. Life gets hectic and sending my girl some love at her work for special occasions is one less thing to worry about because Imperial makes it easy.

Fantastic experience: Imperial Flowers did a great job with a small order. Prices much more reasonable than another local florist I checked. Delivery fee also less expensive. The person on the phone was very pleasant, the flowers were delivered on time, and my friend was very happy to receive them. I particularly appreciate dealing with a local florist who knows it is an out of state order that will not be seen by the purchaser, but still does a beautiful job with the flowers being delivered. This is a trustworthy shop and I would not hesitate for a minute to entrust them with a future order of any size.

Negative experience: My husband has ordered flowers from here for my birthday for the past couple years and I have to say…I’m VERY disappointed in this arrangement. There are wilted flowers (total of 3 but two were wilted when they were delivered to me yesterday and I plucked one of them out). For $122 I would expect a little more. Husband called as soon as they were delivered yesterday and was told to write an email but he has yet to hear anything back.

Fantastic experience: I get them delivered to my girlfriend in Lexington every now and then, and they are GREAT! High quality, last a while, and not overpriced! Good stuff I love them

Negative experience: Ordered the trick or treat bouquet and was missing alot of flowers from the pictures online (example the picture showed 3 sunflowers and I received 2 amongst other missing things). However, one of the sunflowers was already wilted upon delivery and was completely dead inside 24 hours. The 2nd sunflower is also dead after 4 days. I reached out to the Imperial team via Facebook messenger and didn’t get a response.

Fantastic experience: I ordered flowers for my daughter to be delivered to her workplace on her birthday. They were delivered on time and they were beautiful! The price was very reasonable as was the delivery fee.

Fantastic experience: We had an unexpected issue at my grandmother’s funeral when another florist didn’t deliver the casket spray we had ordered. In a panic, I called this shop at 12:45 to see if there was any chance they could help us by 2:00 PM. To my relief, they said yes — and not only did they get it done in time, the spray they created was absolutely beautiful. In the middle of such an emotional and stressful day, their kindness and speed meant so much to our family. We are incredibly grateful.

I called to place an order for someone and made a specific but vague request - can you make something with white and blue flowers, maybe some yellow as well, but I don’t what type of flowers specifically? This was the day before Valentine’s Day, when they were extremely busy. We picked a delivery date (not Valentine’s Day) and I was concerned because the delivery date was today, when we are under weather advisories because of the rain. The flowers were delivered by noon. The recipient sent me a photo and they’re beautiful. I am so impressed and grateful!

Fantastic experience: I got my wedding bouquet from Imperial Flowers and I was soooo happy with how they turned out! Admittedly, I didn't have any specific ideas of what I wanted, I just told the florist that I wanted a wildflower bouquet. The florist came up with this bouquet on his own and I thought they were absolutely beautiful and received so many compliments. It was the perfect bouquet for my early summer outdoor wedding. Fantastic experience: Imperial Flowers delivered a beautiful arrangement of fall flowers in a pumpkin vase that absolutely thrilled my friend. She sent a picture to me and said that she loved the flowers and was going to create her own arrangement in the vase.

Negative experience: I am extremely disappointed in the flowers that were received in comparison to what I ordered. I spent an extensive amount of time researching local florists and checking reviews and photos. I ordered these from Chicago, and trusted that I made the correct choice in florist. I mentioned my location in my order, so I'm not sure if I they cheaped out on me because they assumed I wouldn't see the actual product in person. These were meant to be a beautiful expression of sympathy, and unfortunately I do not feel that the quality of the arrangement was adequate for my sentiments. There are noticeably less flowers and more greenery/filler in what was received.

Negative experience: Stop! Do Not Place an Order! Do yourself a favor and head to the grocery store because that’s what it looks like they used for what was supposed to be a $60 flower arrangement! Horrible Zero talent was not arranged by a professional florist!

Negative experience: I placed an order for delivery earlier this week. What was “promised” or I assumed would be delivered greatly differed from what was received. The shop took the liberty to replace sunflowers with Gerber daisies. I was never contacted regarding this change - if I had been, I would have changed or canceled my order. I called and left a message after receiving an image of the product requesting the opportunity to address the issue the same day. My call/message has not been returned. What was promised vs. what was delivered is in the attached images. The image of sunflowers is directly taken from their website.

Fantastic experience: My granddaughter turned 6 years old today and is in the hospital. I ordered two stuffed animals, one with balloons and one with a flower bouquet. They were delivered quickly and my DIL sent me a message and said they made her day. The pics of her sweet smile holding them were beautiful. No one especially a child should have to spend their birthday in the hospital but Imperial Flowers helped brighten her day!! And the person who took my order was so kind and helpful.

Negative experience: The adage of you are only as good as what you did for me last, well in this case it is. I have been long time client from Canada that send flowers from this shop specifically to my mom and Family in Lexington and Family. I always send my request early or ahead of the special day... in this case my Mother complained for the flowers she received for Mother'sDay. My concern were addressed by try taking the flowers and replant- of which is not the purpose of a Mothers Day gift. My Mother never complained before, but she was very unhappy. I did ask for assistance and was met with to try planting. There is alot to the story, but for interest of resolution...mine was not met by this shop. I can say that follow through on concerns or complaints are not effectively addressed to the point where my Mother said, " you need to complain". If a company chooses not to work for me, I stop using them especially if they don't heed your concerns. Best if luck with your business.

Fantastic experience: I selected the Designers Choice option and was thrilled with the beautiful and creative display they created, honoring the request to include a sunflower or two. The ordering online process was easy. They even confirmed delivery. A great option for sending flowers, even though I no longer live in Lexington.

Fantastic experience: Yesterday we placed an order for same day delivery. We left it up to the florist to create an arrangement for my aunt's birthday. They made a lovely spring arrangement that was bright, colorful and cheery. The flowers appear to have been of good quality too. My aunt was delighted! Since we were placing the order from overseas, it was so easy to make the purchase from their website and we were promptly advised by email when the order was processed, payment was received, and delivery made. The whole system was very efficient! I would order from them again.

Fantastic experience: Ordered flowers to be delivered to my elderly Aunt in a different state. I didn’t know this florist from Adam. They tried delivery and she didn’t answer and they didn’t want to leave them at her door. They called me with concern after calling her and no answer. They said they’d go back and try delivery again. She may have been napping . They went back and made sure she received them in hand!!! I appreciate their attentiveness to my order and her receiving them. I don’t think a florist in my area would’ve done that! Great service!

Fantastic experience: Imperial Flowers saved the day! My mom got in a car accident last week. Wanting to do something kind to cheer her up, I was able to log on to Imperial Flowers' website, and quickly view pictures of all of their bouquet offerings. This was late at night, the flowers were delivered to my mom the next day! She said the delivery man was so kind, and it really made her day. Added bonus is that the flowers came in a beautiful pitcher that she can re-use - talk about making lemonade when life gives you lemons. ;) Thank you Imperial Flowers!

Fantastic experience: I needed a same day delivery to my college student and was not able to find this with the typical delivery services. I searched "Lexington florists" and Imperial Flowers popped up. They were able to deliver same day as long as the order was placed by 11am - all for a very reasonable cost - and sure enough, my daughter was delighted later that afternoon. You made a girl's day!

Positive experience: I ordered 2 arrangements. They arrived at their location very quickly. 1 looked great (pic1)and still going strong, while the 2nd arrangement arrived (pic2) with not good looking flowers, almost dead (several of the pink roses) & clearly should not have been placed in the arrangement. This arrangement did not last long according to recipient.

Negative experience: I'm sharing this in hopes that some improvements might happen, not just to blast them. I decided to support a local florist instead of an internet florist and if failed. I gave them 1 star because the lady that initially took my phone order was a pleasure. It was downhill after that. I placed an order for a Friday birthday delivery. Mid day Friday, I decided to check in on delivery status. I was told they were out for delivery but couldn't give me an exact time, but not to worry. No delivery was ever made and this was for a very special occasion. I called to express my disappointment, and was basically told "I'm sorry, can we try again Monday?" I explained that this was a birthday and Monday was obviously not possible. I was then told that if I had notified them that this was a business address, they would have been delivered. Problem is, no one told me this when i placed my order! As a customer on the phone, how would I possibly know this? My frustration was sensed over the phone as was told in an obviously frustrated tone "so, do you want a refund?". I responded "yes" and she hung up. Period. Very disappointing experience. I hope your company reads this review knowing that I'm not taking pleasure in blasting you. Had everything went wonderfully, I would be sharing that instead.

Fantastic experience: I ordered flowers for my daughter first day of college at UK. Chose my flower arrangement, balloon & chocolate and provided my personal note. I got confirmation of my order as well as delivery! Would highly recommend to anyone who has kids on campus and looking to send flowers to a dorm. Fantastic experience: I had a friend that had fairly major surgery in another town so I went online to order her flowers requesting they be sent that day or the next because I didn't know when she was to be discharged from the hospital. I placed the order and paid only to get an email the next day that they didn't deliver them because they didn't have any delivery drivers. I promptly looked online again and found Imperial. I paid a few dollars extra for them to deliver by 3:00 the same day and it was worth it. They were reasonable, prompt and the flowers were just what they pictured and they made my friends day (and mine). Thanks Imperial!

Negative experience: I ordered these for my first grandchild and specifically told the a beautiful big arrangement this is what I got for 179 a bunch of cheap carnations. I now know why ppl go to Kroger for flowers which are by the way so much cheaper and beautiful! I wanted to go over the top since it was my first grandchild! Lesson learned!

Negative experience: My husband ordered an arrangement to be sent to my job on Valentines day. What I received was an embarrassment and everyone came by and where my sweet husband thought I would be proud, instead I was embarrassed by the puny, subpar flower quality and lack of expertise in the arranging of the flowers. They looked like someone picked a bunch of flowering weeds, stuffed them in a Mason jar with no bow, raffia or anything ! It was not pretty, it was small and everyone that asked where did those come from I told them Imperial Flowers on Waller which we have used and recommended in the past but obviously quality and care has gone out of the window. I hid the arrangement after other coworkers received from other florists beautiful deliveries that made mine look pitiful. We won't be using or recommending them again.

Fantastic experience: I ordered flowers for a family member that had been admitted to St. Joe but didn’t know they weren’t allowed to deliver to ICU patients. Someone from the shop called me the next morning (I ordered online, late at night) to let me know they’d check every day and deliver them as soon as he was put in a regular room. They did just that!
